Abstract: A communication method for an information capturing system includes the steps of: detecting for a communication link between a host device and an information capturing device, the host device having a high-power-consumption network-connection unit, the information capturing device having a low-power-consumption network-connection unit and a SIM card, and the SIM card storing an identity authentication information; and creating, upon affirmative detection of the communication link, a network connection to a base station by the high-power-consumption network-connection unit, using the identity authentication information.

Abstract: A priority-based data transmission method and a system thereof are provided. The priority-based data transmission method performs attribute classification on multiple sets of data stored in an electronic device to obtain multiple corresponding weight values, and calculates the multiple weight values to obtain a priority value. The electronic device broadcasts a priority value thereof at a fixed time, and at the same time receives priority values broadcasted by other electronic devices. Each electronic device establishes a priority sequence according to all of the priority values, and transmits data according to the priority sequence, thereby effectively avoid network congestion and alleviating the load of a server.

Abstract: A universal serial bus (USB) testing method includes selecting a selected test mode from test modes, creating a USB communication link between a USB device and a testing fixture board, generating, by the testing fixture board, a test-triggering instruction corresponding to the selected test mode according to the selected test mode, sending the test-triggering instruction to the USB device with the USB communication link, generating, by the USB device, a testing packet corresponding to the selected test mode according to the test-triggering instruction, and outputting the testing packet repeatedly from at least one external port of the USB device.

Abstract: A connecting method to an information capture device includes establishing a wireless communication to a server with a first wireless transmission module, executing a certification procedure with the server via the first wireless transmission module after the wireless communication is established, receiving an identification data from the server after the certification procedure is passed, receiving connection information of at least one portable information capture device via a second wireless transmission module according to the identification data, and establishing a wireless communication to a selected information capture device of the at least one portable information capture device with the second wireless transmission module according to the connection information of the selected information capture device, so that data is transmitted between the selected information capture device and the second wireless transmission module.
