  • Patent number: 11369984
Abstract: Parameters for a plurality of motors that move a nozzle on a three-dimensional movement locus are set easily. A washing device 1 includes display device 7, and a worker touches an input unit 7A of the display device 7 with a finger, to thereby set parameters for both servo motors that move a nozzle 3 on a three-dimensional movement locus. Specifically, a three-dimensional model Md1 of a tank 2 to be washed is displayed on the input unit 7A, and next, the worker drags specific spots of the three-dimensional model Md1, sequentially, and selects washing methods and washing time periods of the spots. The selected contents are transmitted to a control device 6, are computed by a computing unit 6A of the control device 6, so that the parameters for both servo motors for operating the nozzle 3 in three dimensions are set in washing.

  • Patent number: 10783470
Abstract: A schedule management system 1 having isolators 3 (production facilities) and a main control device 4 for managing a production schedules of all the isolators 3. The production process of each isolator constituting the production schedule has a plurality of sub-processes, the production status being determined in the sub-process. The main control device 4 adds a new separating operation to the passage process and performs an update when the main control device 4 obtains a determination result that the separation of cells in a separation state confirmation operation (sub-process) in the passage process is insufficient while a passage process for cells A is being carried out in the isolators. The main control device 4 alters the start time of a culture medium exchange process for other cells B different from the updated passage operation, and updates the production schedule.

  • Patent number: 4629528
Abstract: A roll labeler for labeling containers one by one automatically is provided. A label sheet is supplied as uncoiled from a roll over a predetermined length and the label sheet is cut by a cutter thereby producing a cut sheet of label which is then glued while being transported and attached to the corresponding container. The labeler includes a feed roller for feeding the label sheet to the cutter intermittently and a mechanism for transporting containers to be labeled along a container transportation path. The labeler also includes a pair of driving sources: one driving source for driving the feed roller and the other driving source for driving the container transporting mechanism.

  • Patent number: 4616466
Abstract: A capping apparatus includes a turn table which is supported to be rotatable and provided with a plurality of container holders for temporarily holding the containers securely, a plurality of cap holders for releasably holding caps to be screwed onto the mouth portion of the containers, a plurality of torque motors individually provided for rotating the corresponding cap holders and a microcomputer for controlling the level of torque applied to the cap holders by the torque motors. The torque applied to the cap holder during the screwing operation is set to be higher in level during the first revolution of the cap and lower in level during the remaining rotation of the cap than the torque applied upon completion of the screwing operation so that the caps can be screwed onto the threaded mouth portions of the containers all at the same tightening level.

  • Patent number: 4554774
Abstract: A system for synchronizing the operation between a filling unit for filling desired contents into bottles and a capping unit for capping the thus filled bottles in a bottle handling line is provided. The present synchronized driving system includes separate driving motors for separately driving the filling and capping units. The timing of operation of each of the filling and capping units is detected and its information is supplied to a micro-computer which then, after carrying out predetermined calculations, controls the operating conditions of the driving motors to keep the filling and capping units synchronized.

  • Patent number: 4535583
Abstract: A rotary type capping apparatus for screwing caps onto the mouths of containers includes a turn table provided with a plurality of container holders fixedly mounted along the periphery thereof, a main motor for rotating the turn table in a predetermined direction and a capping head assembly including a plurality of cap holders, each of which is disposed above the corresponding one of the plurality of container holders, so as to be movable closer to or away from the turn table. In one aspect of the present invention, the capping apparatus includes at least one motor exclusively used for rotating the cap holders for causing the caps held by the cap holders to be screwed onto the mouths of containers. In another aspect of the present invention, the capping apparatus is so structured to increase the torque applied to a cap until it has reached a predetermined level during the cap screwing operation thereby insuring that all caps may be screwed on as tightly as desired.
