A method for forming a composite comprising providing a first transparent or translucent plastic material, a second semi-rigid or rigid plastic material, and a third material having reflective properties on at least one side; positioning the first material adjacent the at least one side of the third material having reflective properties and the second material on an opposing side of the foil material; and heating the first material and the second material to a temperature of between about 110° C. and about 130° C. to form a bond between the first material, the second material, and the third material.
