  • Patent number: 11972860
Abstract: A healthcare charge capture and prioritization system for assisting healthcare providers with capturing their procedures and prioritizing code selection for claim submission is presented. The system can analyze healthcare claim-related data for ranking and ordering Current Procedural Technology (CPT) and International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems (ICD) codes to reduce the utilization of additional processing resources and network utilization from repeated system denials. Additionally, the present disclosure can generate and track analytics relevant to a patient encounters and provider action. It is an object of the invention to provide a system for processing and managing patient interactions, processing and managing healthcare-related charge entry, processing and prioritizing healthcare-related procedure technology codes, and processing and prioritizing disease and related health problem codes.

  • Publication number: 20210115517
Abstract: Provided are methods of treating prostate cancer in a human male comprising administration of apalutamide and androgen deprivation therapy to a human male having prostate cancer (e.g., nmCRPC) if a biological sample obtained from the human male is determined to have a specific molecular subtype of prostate cancer, a specific classifier score, or increased or decreased expression of a signature class. The molecular subtypes include luminal-like or basal-like molecular subtype. Also provided are methods of using molecular signatures and genomic classifier scores, such as four co-regulated signature classes, metastasis risk based on a genomic classifier score, or a combination thereof, as prognostic indicators of apalutamide and androgen deprivation therapy in human males having prostate cancer, for improved treatment benefit.

  • Publication number: 20160304962
Abstract: Provided are whole blood based mRNA biomarkers for predicting prostate cancer and methods of detecting the same. The disclosed mRNA markers and methods enable the identification/diagnosis of a patient with prostate cancer, identification of a patient with/prediction of high-risk prostate cancer, and treatment of a patient with prostate cancer. Also provided are gene chips comprising the disclosed whole blood based mRNA biomarkers.

  • Publication number: 20130325645
Abstract: A smart-device application (app) enables businesses and customers to conduct semi-anonymous transactions. A customer initiates a specific but anonymous acquisition-request. A secure core-module operating on a web-server parses the request and assesses which businesses are most likely to respond, and sends the request to them. Any of these businesses may respond by sending an anonymous supply-offer back to the core-module, which is relayed on to the customer without any information identifying the potential supplier. The shopper selects two offers and submits an indication of interest in them to the core-module. More detailed information regarding the businesses is then sent to the customer, who elects to purchase from one of them by sending an offer of acceptance to the core-module. A deal confirmation is sent to both parties. The customer then rates the experience and a social medium message is sent to a social media site.
