Abstract: The present application relates to a cellular base station antenna, including: a radome having a lateral recess that defines a first accommodating space with a lateral opening and for accommodating a pole, where the cellular base station antenna should be mounted to the pole; and an antenna assembly mounted within a second accommodating space defined by the radome, the antenna assembly including a reflecting plate and a radiating element mounted on the reflecting plate. Moreover, the present application relates to a pole assembly, including a pole and a cellular base station antenna capable of being mounted laterally to the pole.

Abstract: This application discloses a mini program production method performed at a terminal. The method includes: displaying a mini program production interface including a panel region and an editing region; receiving an editing operation of moving one or more target basic UI elements from the panel region to the editing region; generating a program interface of the mini program in the editing region using the one or more target basic UI elements; performing data binding between the one or more target basic UI elements and corresponding data associated with the mini program in the program interface; generating the mini program according to the one or more target basic UI elements and the corresponding data in the program interface; and transmitting the mini program to a server associated with a host application program, wherein the server is configured to publish the mini program on the host application program for execution.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing a trench field-effect transistor includes forming an epitaxial layer on a substrate; forming a trench in the epitaxial layer, forming a first insulating layer and a shielding conductor in the trench, where the first insulating layer surrounds the shielding conductor and partially fills the trench; forming a dielectric layer on the epitaxial layer, the first insulating layer, and a side wall of the trench; etching a part of the dielectric layer to form a dielectric region, where the dielectric region is located on the first insulating layer and the side wall of the trench; and forming a second insulating layer and a gate conductor in the trench, where the second insulating layer surrounds the gate conductor, fills the trench, and extends to the surface of the epitaxial layer.
