Abstract: The present application relates to a cellular base station antenna, including: a radome having a lateral recess that defines a first accommodating space with a lateral opening and for accommodating a pole, where the cellular base station antenna should be mounted to the pole; and an antenna assembly mounted within a second accommodating space defined by the radome, the antenna assembly including a reflecting plate and a radiating element mounted on the reflecting plate. Moreover, the present application relates to a pole assembly, including a pole and a cellular base station antenna capable of being mounted laterally to the pole.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing a trench field-effect transistor includes forming an epitaxial layer on a substrate; forming a trench in the epitaxial layer, forming a first insulating layer and a shielding conductor in the trench, where the first insulating layer surrounds the shielding conductor and partially fills the trench; forming a dielectric layer on the epitaxial layer, the first insulating layer, and a side wall of the trench; etching a part of the dielectric layer to form a dielectric region, where the dielectric region is located on the first insulating layer and the side wall of the trench; and forming a second insulating layer and a gate conductor in the trench, where the second insulating layer surrounds the gate conductor, fills the trench, and extends to the surface of the epitaxial layer.

Abstract: A mounting device for a base station antenna includes a support member having: a first section, the first section being configured to, in a mounted state of a base station antenna and a holding pole, connect with an inner side of the base station antenna facing the holding pole in an end section of the base station antenna; a second section, the second section being configured to, in the mounted state of the base station antenna and the holding pole, extend from the first section in a direction away from the holding pole and extend beyond an end side of the end section in a longitudinal direction of the base station antenna; and a connecting portion that is connected with the second section and configured to be directly or indirectly connected to the holding pole in the mounted state of the base station antenna and the holding pole.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a mounting assembly and the method of use thereof. The mounting assembly is configured to mount a plurality of objects on a single pole at a predetermined included angle and includes: a clamping mechanism, which fixes the mounting assembly on the pole by clamping the pole; an angle control mechanism, which has a polygonal configuration and controls the included angle between the plurality of objects through its polygonal configuration; and a mounting mechanism, which respectively mounts the plurality of objects by mounting each object among the plurality of objects in a manner where it corresponds to one edge among the plurality of edges of the angle control mechanism, thereby mounting the plurality of objects on the pole at a predetermined included angle.
