  • Publication number: 20060237148
Abstract: An assembly structure of a magnetic clutching device of a cord bracket for a window blind, particularly referring to a cord bracket for supporting a cord at a midway of a top rail and an assembly structure of a magnetic element of a magnetic clutching device corresponding to a first slide seat, includes primarily metallic magnetic pieces having hook plates at their back ends for constituting a magnetic element. By latching the hook plates into a latching slot in the cord bracket, and with a latching and holding function formed at corner ends of a permanent magnet in a front part of the magnetic pieces, objects of positioning in a three-dimensional orientation and a dry assembling can be achieved.

  • Publication number: 20060108076
Abstract: A rotor brake mechanism for curtain linkage system, wherein a reverse acting force brake mechanism is indirectly produced between a drive unit and a roll-up and release mechanism. The rotor brake mechanism primarily utilizes a turntable, whereon three blocking rods are separately disposed and three slide grooves are separately defined so as to be equi-angularly spaced on the turntable thereof. The slide grooves provide for movably disposing of rollers therein. A triangular rotor is movable disposed within the rotor brake mechanism. The turntable and a combinatory member are clamped as a pair on front and rear end openings of a limit ring respectively. Utilizing the correspondingly configured slide grooves, two points from such can thus determine a straight line relation, and utilizing the three blocking rods, three points can determine a plane, thereby uniformly distributing acting forces and effectuating unhindered operation therefrom.

  • Publication number: 20060073932
Abstract: A curtain blind power conversion device with reverse brake effect, wherein the power conversion device particularly provides the brake effect and power conversion during course of manipulating slats of the curtain blind. The power conversion device is structured to include a first annular gear and a second annular gear, the two annular gears having different circular pitch and coaxially configured face to face. The first annular gear is fixedly configured, whereas the second annular gear passively rotates, and the two annular gears synchronously engage with a single planetary gear set. Utilization is made of the unequal circular pitch of the two annular gears to produce an angular speed difference, where upon the second annular gear being subject to an external force feedback, the reverse brake effect is thereby assuredly achieved.

  • Publication number: 20060042762
Abstract: The present invention relates to a reverse-stop mechanism of a curtain, especially for applying to a sheet- or cloth-type curtain, to rigidly stop a reactive force from a gravitation or an external force and also acquire varied speed output, with a characteristic by connecting a fixed first annular gear with a secondary annular gear of a larger pitch circle diameter, wherein a compound gear set, having two planet gears of varied pitch circle diameters, formed in the middle gearing both annular gears thereof, thereby a backwards rotation of the secondary annular gear will be transmitted, through the compound gear set, to the first annular gear, which stops the rotation. With different pitch circle diameters of the first and the secondary planet gear, power outputs will be transferred to varied speeds.

  • Publication number: 20060037720
Abstract: A brake mechanism for curtain linkage system, which provides an improved mechanism for application in a curtain set such that when curtain slats are subjected to external forces that produce a counterforce, the counterforce is utilized to achieve a reverse braking effect. The brake mechanism can outwardly transmit motive power inputted to a drive unit to a connected linkage shaft. More specifically, the brake mechanism comprises a shield-shaped rotor disposed interior of a circular box. A confining ring is configured on a periphery of the circular box, and a rolling pin is configured between an inner circumference of the confining ring and a rotor, and the rolling pin functions to effectuate a shearing effect. Relative motion of the rolling pin and the rotor realizes a reverse braking effect in the confining ring, and which successfully achieves functionality of the brake mechanism of the present invention.

  • Patent number: 6910516
Abstract: A curtain blind take-up drive mechanism with non-slip effect having a freehand turn operation. The non-slip effect is configured to prevent slats of the blind from slipping down, and further includes coupling a power end of a drive shaft to a reel. The drive shaft connects to a worm gear via a transmission amplifier. The worm gear is actuated through reciprocally engaging with a worm driven via a flexible shaft coupling and through operation of a slat tilt rod. Reciprocal teeth meshing and teeth surface pressure between the worm gear and the worm achieves a high slip-rate, and thereby inhibits reverse transmission, thus accomplishing a reverse direction stoppage effect, and further producing a large frictional force and forming a surface-pressure slip effect thereof. The transmission amplifier allows the drive shaft to achieve a high rotational speed, thereby facilitating freehand operation for taking-up and letting-down of the slats.

  • Patent number: 6158494
Abstract: The inventive winding device comprises a transmission shaft, a plurality of thread shafts, a plurality of fixing stages and a plurality of cords. The plurality of cords are fixed on corresponding thread shafts, and by the synchronous rotation of the thread shafts with the transmission shaft and the relative rotation and movement of the thread shafts with respect to the fixing stage, the cords can be uniformly wound along the thread of the corresponding thread shafts. Therefore, both ends of the curtain can be moved symmetrically. The thread shafts and the transmission shaft do not need to assemble first, the assembling task is simplified. The lowest point is more definite such that the curtain can be easily controlled by machine.
