  • Publication number: 20150123988
Abstract: According to one embodiment, an electronic device includes a display controller configured to display a plurality of strokes corresponding to a single object. The plurality of strokes include at least one first stroke with a first color and at least one second stroke with a second color different from the first color, or include at least one first stroke with a first width and at least one second stroke with a second width different from the first width. The display controller is configured to display, instead of the plurality of strokes, the single object using the first color or the second color determined by using a display area of the at least one first stroke and a displayed area of the at least one second stroke.

  • Publication number: 20150128019
Abstract: According to one embodiment, an electronic apparatus includes a receiver and a display controller. The receiver is configured to receive information of a handwritten document including a hand-written table, the hand-written table including a plurality of cells, a first cell including at least one first object. The display controller is configured to display a cell value of a table using a recognition result of one first object if an area of the first cell includes one first object, and to display a recognition result of at least one first object as an object different from a table if an area of the first cell includes at least two first objects.

  • Patent number: 5828821
Abstract: Log memories for recording updated history of a main memory are provided. CPUs record the updated history of the main memory to either of the log memories and writes context thereof and content of a cache memory to the main memory at a checkpoint acquisition. The updated history of the main memory is switched from one of CPUs that has finished a checkpoint processing to other one of the log memories in which the CPUs do not use to record the updated history of the main memory. Normal processing is restarted without waiting for finishing the checkpoint acquisition of the other ones of CPUs.

  • Patent number: 5495612
Abstract: By executing an additional link process, unresolved external reference information of object modules of new-version subroutines is resolved based on external reference information which is resolved when load modules are created, and a reference table for storing entry points of old-version subroutines and new-version subroutines and an additional load module are created. When an additional load process is executed, the additional load module and reference table dynamically loaded into a memory and a machine instruction of the entry points of the old-version subroutines is rewritten as a trap instruction. If the load module including the old-version subroutines are being executed, the execution of the load modules is continued by calling a control continuation process. When the old-version subroutines are called after the new-version subroutines are loaded in the memory, the new-version subroutines are called by executing a control transfer process.
