Abstract: An information processing apparatus includes: a receipt image storage unit in which a receipt image, which is an image of a receipt, can be stored; a receipt image receiving unit that receives the receipt image; a receipt image accumulating unit that accumulates the receipt image received by the receipt image receiving unit, in the receipt image storage unit; a slip information storage unit in which a slip information record can be stored, the slip information record being a record in which slip information, which is information of a slip relating to the receipt image, can be stored; and an association providing unit that associates the receipt image stored in the receipt image storage unit, with the slip information record in which the slip information relating to that receipt image is to be stored.

Abstract: It is an object to provide a key task processing system which, when a computer terminal is caused to execute a key task processing, is capable of inputting data using input assistant on both a screen in window format and a screen in web format similarly to the conventional technique. The key task processing system includes: a key task processing database which stores data for executing a key task processing of a company; a key task processing means which executes the key task processing using the data in the key task processing database; a means for window format which transmits/receives the data to be used in the key task processing means via the network to/from the user terminal which accepts input of the key task processing in window format; and a means for web format which transmits/receives the data to be used in the key task processing means via the network to/from the user terminal which accepts input of the key task processing in web format.

Abstract: An input/output screen creating system, which creates an input/output screen to be used in a work processing system, has an object storage unit, an input/output screen creating unit, a grid display unit, and an input/output screen storage unit. The object storage unit stores a plurality of objects capable of being arranged on the input/output screen therein. The input/output screen creating unit displays a form for creating and editing the input/output screen, and accepts an input of an arrangement of the objects stored in the object on the form. The grid display unit superposes and arranges grids having the size for a two-byte or one-byte character on a canvas to be a job area on the input/output screen provided to the form. The input/output screen storage unit stores the input/output screen having the objects arranged with them being related with the grids therein.

Abstract: A computer-readable recording medium in which basic-administrative-tasks software programs are recorded, according to this invention provides a module for data-writing processing into a database in a manner so as to maintain compatibility of data between tables, even when customized data is included in a table. The module for writing data is equipped with both a data-writing processing functions group corresponding to the customization, and a writing means for simultaneously updating both a customizing region and a core region in the database memory on a disk.
