    Abstract: A print job management apparatus includes a storage device that stores a data storage time associated with each of a plurality of user identifications. The data storage time indicates a period of time for storing a print job. An interface receives a print job including a user identification. A controller controls the storage device to store the received print job in association with the data storage time corresponding to the user identification included in the print job. The controller determines whether the period of time for the print job has passed since the print job is received. The controller removes from the storage device the print job for which the corresponding period of time has passed.
