  • Patent number: 9415407
Abstract: An electrostatic coating apparatus includes: a spray gun configured to spray a coating material onto a coating object; a voltage application device configured to apply a high voltage to the spray gun; and a current measurement device configured to measure electric current flowing through the spray gun. When the spray gun, which is in a state of not spraying the coating material onto the coating object and is under application of the high voltage from the voltage application device, is located at a distance from the coating object, the electric current flowing through the spray gun is measured by the current measurement device. A grounded state of the coating object is checked, based on the measured electric current. This shortens the time required for checking the grounded state, while allowing for downsizing and simplified configuration of production equipment and reduction of equipment cost.

  • Publication number: 20150034556
Abstract: A method and apparatus for removing soluble silica efficiently from accompanied water, produced from wells containing calcium ion, soluble silica, and sulfate ion, and not clogging a reverse osmosis membrane in the reverse osmosis membrane treatment process after that, includes adding a magnesium salt to mix with the accompanied water under alkaline conditions to produce insoluble silica and calcium sulfate. A microfiltration (MF) membrane treatment process includes treating a first reaction solution obtained in said magnesium salt adding process, with a microfiltration membrane to separate insolubilized silica and calcium sulfate by filtration. An acid adding process includes adding an acid to and mixing with filtrate obtained in the MF membrane treatment process to render a pH value of the filtrate on the range from 5 to 9 and a negative Langeliar saturation index.

  • Publication number: 20130038145
Abstract: A drive device which provides an electromagnetic impact and a movement mechanism using the drive device to achieve a reciprocating movement with a compact and simple configuration. A drive device provides an impact to an object-to-be-moved supported by a friction surface and moves the object-to-be-moved, and includes an electromagnetic coil, a permanent magnet, a stopper, and a control device which controls the electromagnetic coil. The permanent magnet relatively moves to the electromagnetic coil by an action caused by an electrical current supply to the electromagnetic coil. When the electrical current is supplied to the electromagnetic coil, the permanent magnet collides with the electromagnetic coil or the stopper, which forms the collided-body, and generates the impact. The impact can be generated in any direction, then a reciprocating movement of the object-to-be-moved can be achieved.

  • Publication number: 20130009492
Abstract: A drive device includes two integrated electromagnetic coils separated on an axis, an elastic body, and two movable electric conductors. An object-to-be-moved is moved to left with an operation of a left group which includes one electromagnetic coil and one conductor. A first conductor is repulsively moved to right by a repulsion force caused by an eddy current generated on the first conductor with an electrical current-supply to a first electromagnetic coil and then, the elastic body is compressed by the first conductor and subsequently pushes back the first conductor. At this time, the electrical current-supply to the first electromagnetic coil is turned off, and the first conductor collides with the first electromagnetic coil, and this collision generates a leftward impact. The left and right groups enable a left-right reciprocating movement.

  • Publication number: 20120097752
Abstract: In a generating method and a generator of mist or fine-bubble, with a simple and small configuration, application into a wide range kind of liquid is enabled, and generating stably the mist or the fine-bubbles or both is enabled. The generator is provided with a piezoelectric substrate which equips two or more comb-like electrodes on a surface and arranged so that the surface may intersect the mutual interface of the gas and the liquid and a part of piezoelectric substrate is put in a liquid, and a surface acoustic wave excited on the surface with the electrode is made to propagate along the surface so that may exist in the upper and lower sides of an interface. The surface acoustic wave generates mist in the gas side which is above the interface, and generates fine-bubbles in the liquid side which is below the interface.

  • Patent number: 6071346
Abstract: A multi-color small amount painting system of the present invention stores small unit amounts of paint having a variety of paint colors and may selectively feed desired color paint to a painter of a painting robot or the like. The painting system stores the paint having a large number of paint colors in a stock unit in the form of paint cartridges. The paint cartridge of the paint color selected is picked up from the stock unit and carried by a carrier and is loaded on the painting robot or an automatic painting device. Subsequently, the paint within the paint cartridge loaded is fed to the painter of the painting robot or the automatic painting device by a paint feeding mechanism. In addition, the system ensure an advantage that the painting system is high in efficiency of painting work including the exchange of colors and is small in size as a whole.
