  • Patent number: 11465584
Abstract: In a webbing take-up device, a moving member is moved while being guided along a cylinder in order to rotate a spool in a take-up direction. A urging plate of a guide member urges a flange at an axial direction leading end portion of the cylinder toward a restricting direction side, and a leg plate of a frame restricts rotation of the flange toward the restricting direction side. This enables rattling of the axial direction leading end portion of the cylinder about the axial direction of the cylinder to be suppressed.

  • Patent number: 11217867
Abstract: A manufacturing method for a secondary battery and a manufacturing apparatus for a secondary battery that are applicable to a secondary battery in which an electrolyte solution injection hole has a diameter of 1.5 mm or more are provided. The secondary battery includes a battery case including a cover plate provided with an electrolyte solution injection hole, and a sealing member sealing the electrolyte solution injection hole. The manufacturing method includes a preparing step and a press-fitting step. The preparing step is preparing a cell in which, after an electrolyte solution is injected to the battery case through the electrolyte solution injection hole, the sealing member is disposed on the electrolyte solution injection hole. The press-fitting step is press-fitting the sealing member into the electrolyte solution injection hole while applying press-fitting load and ultrasonic vibration with a frequency of 20 kHz or more in parallel to a press-fitting direction.

  • Patent number: 11001226
Abstract: A webbing take-up device is provided with a spool that takes up a webbing, a lock base, and a cover plate that covers an outer periphery of the lock base. A tooth portion is formed at the outer periphery of the lock base. The lock base rotates the spool when a rack contacts the tooth portion. The webbing take-up device is further provided with a guide provided at the cover plate. The guide supports the lock base to be rotatable. Thus, contacting together of the ratchet teeth and the lock base is restricted.

  • Patent number: 7615195
Abstract: A photocatalytic water-processing system decomposes organic and inorganic materials present in water. The system includes a reservoir for storing the water to be processed, a main unit formed separately and connected to the reservoir, an inlet pipe for guiding the water from the reservoir to the main unit, an outlet pipe for returning the water to the reservoir, and a pump for guiding the water from the reservoir to the main unit and returning the water. The reservoir has an electrode unit therein for electrolyzing the water so as to flocculate and precipitate the inorganic materials in the reservoir, and a filter is arranged within the main unit. Also, a photocatalytic processing device is arranged within the main unit at a downstream side of the filter for decomposing the organic material in the absence of scale formed of the inorganic materials.
