  • Publication number: 20090021005
Abstract: The present invention aims to provide a connection structure of metal-resin composite pipes that eliminates the need for arranging thick connection flanges and realizes easy connection work. A diameter-expanded part 4 is formed at an opposing end 10 of a first metal-resin composite pipe 1A by pressurizing and deforming outward a reinforcing convex part 3 including the one end 10 together with a main body 2 positioned inside the reinforcing convex part. A diameter-reduced part 5 is formed at the other end 11 of a second metal-resin composite pipe 1B by pressurizing and deforming inward at least the reinforcing convex part 3 including the other end 11. The diameter-reduced part 5 is inserted into the diameter-expanded part 4. A sealing member 6 is interposed in a gap between an inner surface of the diameter-expanded part 4 and an outer surface of the diameter-reduced part 5.

  • Publication number: 20080202621
Abstract: A hose having both excellent flexibility and shape retainability and advantageous in construction efficiency and cost efficiency. The hose comprises hard synthetic resin reinforcement material (2) spirally fed and having, on both sides of the top part (2D) thereof in the tube axial direction, receiving surfaces (2a) and (2b) positioned on the radial inner side toward the end part thereof and a soft synthetic resin hose body for covering the spirally fed reinforcement materials (2). The reinforcement materials (2) are spirally fed in the state of the top parts being positioned on the radial outer side thereof, a soft synthetic resin tape material (3) is fed to the fed reinforcement (2), and while covering parts (3A) projected in a generally arc shape to the center of the reinforcement materials (2) by melting the tape material or with an adhesive agent.

  • Publication number: 20080118735
Abstract: The invention provides a lightweight cement panel which achieves light weight, high strength, and durability, is free of degraded strength or deformation due to water absorption or fluctuation of ambient temperature, etc., provides satisfactory processing capabilities including nailing, etc. and can be used as a concrete formwork panel, floor material, wall material, ceiling material, and others of architectural structures. A panel proper 2 is formed by a porous compact 8 produced by filling, curing, and solidifying a mixture prepared by kneading cement, water, reinforcing fibers, and foam obtained by prefoaming a foaming agent in a hermetically sealed cement form block block, contains the reinforcing fibers 7 and foam in a dispersion state in the compact 8, and provides the specific gravity within the range between 0.5 and 1.0.

  • Publication number: 20070264085
Abstract: A method for repairing a drainage pipe in which a resin pipe can be placed in an existing drainage pipe connected between connection bodies such as manholes while being buried in the ground and guides sewage, rainwater and the like to the connection bodies, without causing an elongation, comprising steps of carrying in a corrugated resin pipe 5, which is made by forming, spirally or in a ring shape, ridge portions 5c of a hard resin on the outer wall of a soft resin pipe 5d, 5e in which a reinforcement material 5f that restricts an elongation in the pipe axis direction has been embedded, from the upper opening of either of the connection bodies; inserting the head of the corrugated resin pipe 5 thus carried in from a drainage pipe opening connected to either of the connection bodies; pulling the corrugated resin pipe 5 thus inserted into the drainage pipe from the other side of the connection body; and laying the corrugated resin pipe 5 over the entire length of the drainage pipe.

  • Publication number: 20070200050
Abstract: A form 10 for constructing a concrete structure is formed of a thermoplastic resin containing an inorganic material, and includes a first main plate 11 facing a poured concrete, a second main plate 12 opposing this first main plate, and partition plates 15, 16 extending between these first and second main plates. The partition plates 15 construct a plurality of first reinforcement parts 30 having at least one kind of cross sectional shape selected from an approximately rectangular shape and an approximately truss shape in a width direction from right to left. And the partition plates 16 construct a second reinforcement part 31 having an approximately rectangular cross sectional shape of a width capable of supporting an outer edge of a head part 51 of a nail 50 at a portion 52 where a columnar reinforcement body 40 for supporting a form is to be nailed.
