Publication number: 20170364152Abstract: An input detection method by a device to be worn on an arm by a band is disclosed. Output information of an acceleration sensor included in the device is acquired. The change to be an input is determined based on the output information, upon detecting a change corresponding to restraining by the band. The change represents a vibration caused by an impact applied to the device, the vibration alternately repeating a first motion and a second motion. The first motion is a motion in which the device moves in a direction of the impact. The second motion is a motion in which the device is pulled back in an opposite direction to the direction due to the restraining by the band.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 30, 2017Publication date: December 21, 2017Applicant: FUJITSU LIMITEDInventors: Yugo MATSUDA, Yasuhiro TSUYUKI, Shigeki MORIDE

Patent number: 5079709Abstract: A method of controlling a traction of a vehicle, comprising the steps of reading a value determining a throttle opening and closing speed from a first throttle control map from which said throttle opening and closing speed are determined on the basis of a difference in speed between a driving and non-driving wheel speeds and of an acceleration of the driving wheel, and converting said value to an actual throttle opening and closing speed with a conversion rate corresponding to an acceleration of the non-driving wheel thereby controlling the throttle of the vehicle.Type: GrantFiled: December 28, 1990Date of Patent: January 7, 1992Assignees: Isuzu Motors Limited, Fujitsu Limited, Akebono Brake Industry Co., Ltd., Akebono Research and Development Centre Ltd.Inventors: Atsushi Hirako, Akihiro Shirata, Naoyuki Hagiya, Yoshiaki Yabe, Shigeki Moride

Patent number: 5002148Abstract: A traction control method/apparatus for motor vehicles is arranged such that at an initial stage of the starting or accelerating operation of the motor vehicle where a large amount of slip of the driving wheel tends to be caused, a braking force is sufficiently applied to the driving wheel to restrain the slip thereof; and after the engine output is adjusted through accelerator or throttle control which is performed simultaneously with the application of the braking force, the procedure for controlling the brake hydraulic pressure is changed to eliminate the difference between the lefthand and righthand driving wheel speeds.Type: GrantFiled: January 23, 1989Date of Patent: March 26, 1991Assignees: Akebono Brake Industry Co., Ltd., Akebono Research and Development Centre Ltd., Fujitsu LimitedInventors: Katsuya Miyake, Kinji Ogino, Shigeki Moride, Hideo Akima

Patent number: 4979117Abstract: Herein disclosed is a method of processing a malfunction of an accelerator pedal sensor of an automobile. An output voltage is outputted according to changes in a resistance depending upon depression of an accelerator pedal. A malfunction of the accelerator pedal sensor is shot to process and determine an acceleration value for controlling the run of the automobile in accordance with said output voltage. The acceleration value is set at a predetermined value in accordance with the malfunction of either of an idle switch for generating a signal indicating the idle position of the accelerator pedal and a wide-open switch for generating a signal indicating the wide open position of the accelerator pedal when the malfunction of the accelerator pedal sensor is judged. This judgement is conducted by detecting a plurality of times that said output voltage is outside of the predetermined voltage range.Type: GrantFiled: September 5, 1989Date of Patent: December 18, 1990Assignee: Isuzu Motors, LimitedInventors: Toshihiro Hattori, Masaki Ishihara, Hitoshi Kasai, Shigeki Moride
