  • Publication number: 20080055633
Abstract: A computer readable medium stores a program causing a computer to execute a process for creating a job. The process includes: accepting document data created by application software; converting the document data into image processing data in a format which is interpretable when image processing is executed for the document data; determining as to whether or not at least one of the document data and the image processing data contains predetermined information; and when it is determined that the at least one of the document data and the image processing data contains the predetermined information, outputting a job indicating (i) executing the image processing for the image processing data and (ii) creating an image of an execution history of the image processing.

  • Patent number: 6850347
Abstract: A scanning module of the present invention includes a light source for illuminating a document. Light reflected by the document is incident to a first and a second mirror provided in a pair. The two mirrors reflect the light a plurality of times therebetween and then output it as light reflected from the first mirror. Subsequently, a third and a fourth mirror sequentially reflect the light along a path including a lens. A fifth mirror reflects the light incident thereto from the lens. A linear sensor is spaced from the fifth mirror by a preselected distance such that the light passed through the lens is focused on the linear sensor. The first and second mirrors are adjustable in position on a path, extending from the document to the first mirror, while maintaining a positional relation therebetween.

  • Patent number: 6337965
Abstract: A toner bottle has a protruding portion on a lateral side of the toner bottle and an incised groove is provided in a bottle holder, and both of them are composed to be removable and to rotate integrally. The incised portion is provided in a position where a toner delivery outlet of the toner bottle is rotated slightly from the state of facing straight up and where the protruding portion of the toner bottle may pass through. That is, according to the relative positioning of the protruding portion of the toner bottle and the incised portion of a ring member, the toner is prevented from spilling out of the toner delivery outlet of the toner bottle by regulating a removable attitude of the toner bottle with respect to the bottle holder.
