  • Publication number: 20170341990
Abstract: A problem to be solved is to provide a method for processing zirconia without producing a monoclinic crystal. The solution is a method for processing zirconia, including the step of irradiating the zirconia with a laser with a pulse duration of 10?12 seconds to 10?15 seconds at an intensity of 1013 to 1015 W/cm2.

  • Publication number: 20030140771
Abstract: When the inner product of signal eigenvalue vectors and azimuth vectors is transformed using an FFT and a MUSIC spectrum is calculated (Step 15), the inner product of noise eigenvalue vectors and azimuth vectors is transformed using the FFT and a MUSIC specturm is calculated (Step 17). A DOA is then estimated based on the MUSIC spectrum obtained (Step 16), thereby decreasing the quantity of calculations required for detecting a DOA of an incident wave using MUSIC algorithm.

  • Patent number: 6246359
Abstract: A signal processing unit detects the azimuthal direction of a target in accordance with the phase difference between signals received by two receiving antennas. Then, by sequentially switching plural transmitting antennas having mutually different beam directions with a switching device, received signals are obtained using each of the transmitting antennas.

  • Patent number: 5245348
Abstract: An antenna is divided into a plurality of sub-arrays which are arranged parallel to each other on a turntable. At least one of the sub-arrays is laterally divided into sub-array sections. Reception signals from these sub-array sections are compared with each other to detect a phase difference therebetween. This phase difference is utilized to control the beam direction of the antenna such that the antenna can be properly oriented to the satellite at all times.
