  • Publication number: 20230339983
Abstract: Determining, in a sample, the presence and/or amount of pluripotent stem cells. A sample suspected of containing one or more pluripotent stem cells is provided. The sample with a fluorescent compound is contacted under conditions that allow binding of the fluorescent compound to the pluripotent stem cells, where the fluorescent compound is a fluorescent compound of formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The presence and/or amount of the pluripotent stem cells is determined by measuring the fluorescence of the cells following the contacting.

  • Publication number: 20200319161
Abstract: Disclosed is a method of identifying the origin of adipose-derived stem cells, comprising detecting at least one cell-surface marker selected from a group consisting of CD 10, CD141, CD 142 and CD200. Also disclosed are methods of determining adipogenic capability of a cell capable of adipogenesis by determining the presence of CD 10 or CD200.

  • Publication number: 20160143955
Abstract: Disclosed is a method for recovering stromal vascular fraction from a sample. The method comprises providing a mechanical force capable of breaking the sample into a single cell suspension whilst maintaining intact stromal vascular fraction cells cellular structures, wherein the mechanical force is mincing and/or homogenization. Also disclosed are methods of using the stromal vascular fraction.
