  • Patent number: 9546306
Abstract: The present invention provides a cationically curable resin composition for assembling hard disk devices which comprises a resin having a cationically polymerizable functional group (a component A) and a cationic polymerization initiator (a component B), the component B being at least one selected from the group consisting of X+(SbF6)?(B1), X+(B(C6F5)4)?(B2) and X+((Rf)nPF6-n)?(B3) (in the formulae, X+ is iodonium or sulfonium, Rf is a fluorinated alkyl having 1 to 6 carbon atoms, and n is an integer of 1 to 6). The invention also provides a hard disk device manufacturing method using the composition, and a hard disk device assembled with the composition.

  • Patent number: 8841868
Abstract: A substantially spherical rotor can be controlled with accuracy even in a relatively low speed rotation. In controlling rotational motions of a rotor 3 of a spherical ultrasonic motor 1, phases of voltages to be applied to three stators 9a, 9b, 9c are determined to set the direction of a rotation axis of the rotor 3. Frequencies of voltages to be applied to the three stators 9a, 9b, 9c are adjusted to control the rotation speed of the rotor 3. Thereby, control with high accuracy is enabled in a relatively low speed rotation.

  • Publication number: 20090261690
Abstract: An ultrasonic wave handling device for freely revolving and/or sliding (protruding and pulling in) a working member is provided. An ultrasonic wave handling device (1) includes a stator (11) with a working member hole H and a pillar shaped working member (12) which is inserted in the working member hole H. The outline of the working member hole H forms a square shape. Ultrasonic wave generating elements (13) for revolving and/or sliding the working member (12) are attached to each side of the square stators.

  • Publication number: 20050134145
Abstract: An ultrasonic motor which can increase a frictional force between a stator and a rotor by maintaining a coefficient of friction of a frictional member high to thereby increase a torque capacity and the speed of rotation without increase of a voltage to be supplied or a pressing load, is disclosed. The ultrasonic motor is provided with a frictional member interposed between a vibrator and a member to be vibrated. The frictional member has a porosity of 20 to 80%.

  • Patent number: 5678099
Abstract: A small size camera assembly or micro-intelligent eye of the invention is formed of a spherical member operating as a rotor, a camera body embedded in the spherical member, and a driving device attached to the spherical member for rotating the same. The camera body has a front end and is situated on a diametrical line of the spherical member such that the front end is disposed at least on an outer surface of the spherical member. The driving device and the spherical member constitute a spherical supersonic motor, so that the spherical member can be smoothly moved as desired.
