  • Patent number: 11050982
Abstract: In an array of multi-color vertical detector color pixel sensors, a readout wiring architecture includes a transfer transistor for each individual color detector. In first and second rows in a first column, the first, second, and third color transfer transistor gates are coupled, respectively, to the first, second, and third row-select lines. In a first row in a second column, the first color transfer transistor gate is coupled to the second row-select line, the second color transfer transistor gate is coupled to the first row-select line, and the third color transfer transistor gate is coupled to the third row-select line. In a second row in the second column, the first color transfer transistor gate is coupled to the first row-select line, the second color transfer transistor gate is coupled to the third row-select line, and t the third color transfer transistor gate is coupled to the second row-select line.

  • Patent number: 10616535
Abstract: In an array containing rows and columns of multi-color vertical detector color pixel sensors disposed in a rows and columns of the array, a readout wiring architecture includes a plurality of row-select lines for each row of the array, equal to the number of colors in the vertical detector color pixel sensors, an individual column line for each column, a transfer transistor for each individual color detector coupled between a color detector and a column line associated with the column in which the color detector is disposed. Each transfer transistor has a gate coupled to one of the plurality of row-select lines in a row in which the vertical detector color pixel sensor is disposed. The gates of at least some of the transfer transistors in each row for each color detector in adjacent columns of the array are coupled to different ones of the row-select lines for that row.

  • Patent number: 5812843
Abstract: In an information processing system running under two different operating systems (OS), a job entry unit enters a control program of a job, which is executed by the second operating system, via the first operating system. A language conversion/transfer unit converts the control program into a program for the second operating system, and transfers it to the second operating system. A data conversion/transfer unit mutually performs conversion and a transfer between files used for the first operating system and files used for the second operating system. A job execution unit executes the program for the second operating system using transferred data included in the files used for the second operating system. Thus, a user can execute the job without being conscious of differences between the operating systems.

  • Patent number: 5174035
Abstract: An attitude sensing apparatus for detecting a tilt angle and an azimuth angle of the tilt of a structure includes a pair of detecting devices disposed on the structure at right angles to each other. Each of the detecting devices consists of a rotary shaft rotatably supported from a structure to be measured, a sensor support integrally held by the rotary shaft and biased in the vertical direction by gravity, a tilt angle sensor supported by the sensor support for detecting a tilt angle of the sensor support within a plane containing the axis of the rotary shaft, and a controller for controlling rotation of the rotary shaft with respect to the structure. The apparatus also includes a calculator which calculates a maximum tilt angle and an azimuth angle thereof of the structure on the basis of tilt angles detected by the two tilt angle sensors. This calculation is simply and rapidly effected according to approximating formulae, and yet at a good precision.
