    Abstract: A self-curing epoxy resin composition is, herein, disclosed produced by irradiating with an electron beam a mixture of 85 to 97 wt % of an epoxy resin and 3 to 15 wt % of a quaternary alkyl ammonium salt of .alpha.,.beta.-unsaturated carboxylic acid or a neutralized product of an .alpha.,.beta.-unsaturated carboxylic acid and a tertiary amine.
