  • Publication number: 20170334190
Abstract: A gas collection device of a printing press includes an organic compound treatment system (33) including a gas chamber (34). The device includes a cover (3) configured to cover a print unit (2) of a printing press. The device includes a gas transfer device (4) configured to suck a gas of a volatile organic compound produced in the print unit (2) from the inside of the cover 3 and transfer the gas to the gas chamber (34). It is possible to provide a gas collection device of a printing press, which can prevent a work environment in which the printing press is installed from being deteriorated by the gas of the volatile organic compound.

  • Publication number: 20080290582
Abstract: The present invention discloses a pile board for a printing press, waste-free and easy to handle. The sheet pile board 1 comprises a base 10 formed with a resin having a piling face 12 on which said printing media are piled up, and grooves 11 formed on said piling face and insertable of a supporting member to support said printing media, and a metallic reinforcing member 20 provided in said base 10. The sheet pile board 1, wherein the base 10 is formed with resin, is lower in strength of the base 10 itself than that of a wooden base, but is significantly strengthened because four metallic pipes 20 are buried in the rear face. Even when piling up a large quantity of heavy printing media, the sheet pile board 1 is properly piled with them and supports them without bending.

  • Patent number: 6899327
Abstract: A sheet guide apparatus comprises gripper devices for holding and transporting a printed sheet, an impression cylinder and a transfer cylinder for holding and transporting the printed sheet received from the gripper device, and a first guide device for guiding the printed sheet being transported. A front end portion of the first guide device is located upstream, in the flow direction of the printed sheet, from a transfer position, where the printed sheet is transferred from the gripper device to the impression cylinder, and the front end portion of the first guide device is also located near the transfer position. Suction holes opening in a front end portion of a plate-shaped guide of the first guide device are provided for sucking air. The sheet guide apparatus suppresses fluttering or instability of the sheet.
