Publication number: 20100055134Abstract: To provide a method of efficiently separate protective components of Bordetella pertussis. On the basis of differences in adsorbability to calcium phosphate gel formed by adding calcium ions to a Bordetella pertussis culture in the presence of excess phosphate ions, protective components of Bordetella pertussis are separated from the Bordetella pertussis culture. Traditionally, protective components of Bordetella pertussis have been separated using different purification methods for the respective components. According to the present invention, the use of the same means of purification for all subject components makes it possible to purify each component with high efficiency and high recovery rate, an aspect very advantageous for industrial production. It is also possible to efficiently produce an improved purified pertussis component vaccine comprising an effective combination of pertussis filamentous hemagglutinin (FHA), pertactin (PRN, 69K-OMP), pertussis fimbriae (FIM) and pertussis toxin (PT).Type: ApplicationFiled: August 27, 2009Publication date: March 4, 2010Inventors: Akihiro Suehara, Eiji Yamamoto, Shigeo Fujii

Patent number: 7660597Abstract: A PBX, when notified information of an originating manipulation such as dialing of a receiver's number from a keyboard connected with a PC, judges whether an origination request is from the PC or a first terminal. In a case of the request being from the PC, the PBX performs number analysis processing of the PC which is the originator. The PBX judges whether there is information about a terminal associating with the terminal requesting the origination, and when there is information for the terminal, performs to connect with the associating terminal, and processes the origination request to thereby connect with the counterpart terminal. When there is no information about the terminal, the PBX processes the origination request as usual to thereby connect with the counterpart terminal.Type: GrantFiled: January 21, 2004Date of Patent: February 9, 2010Assignee: NEC CorporationInventor: Shigeo Fujii
