  • Patent number: 10662321
Abstract: The cyclic olefin copolymer composition of the present invention includes a cyclic olefin copolymer (m) including a specific amount of a specific repeating unit and a cyclic olefin copolymer (n) different from the cyclic olefin copolymer (m). The cyclic olefin copolymer (n) includes at least one type selected from a copolymer (n1) of ethylene or ?-olefin and cyclic olefin (where the copolymer (n1) does not include a repeating unit derived from specific cyclic non-conjugated dienes) and a cyclic olefin ring-opening polymer (n2), and when a total amount of the cyclic olefin copolymer (m) and the cyclic olefin copolymer (n) is 100% by mass, a content of the cyclic olefin copolymer (m) is 5% by mass or more to 95% by mass or less, and a content of the cyclic olefin copolymer (n) is 5% by mass or more to 95% by mass or less.

  • Publication number: 20130288120
Abstract: To provide a resin composition that contains a solvent-soluble polyimide and can provide a film exhibiting high viscoelasticity and flexibility at high temperatures. To attain this, a polyimide resin composition is provided that includes a polyimide having a polycondensation unit of a tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride and a diamine, wherein the tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride includes an (?1) tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride represented by general formula (1), or the diamine includes an (?1) aromatic diamine represented by general formula (2), the diamine includes an (?2) aliphatic diamine represented by general formula (3) or (4), a total amour of the (?1) tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride and the (?1) aromatic diamine is 5 to 49 mol % with respect to a total amount of the tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride and the diamine, and an amine equivalent of the polyimide is 4,000 to 20,000.

  • Patent number: 5406124
Abstract: An insulating adhesive tape which comprises a base supporting film and an adhesive layer formed on at least one surface thereof, said adhesive layer being formed of a thermoplastic polymer comprising a thermoplastic polyimide, wherein said thermoplastic polymer has a glass transition temperature ranging from 180.degree. C. to 280.degree. C. and an elastic modulus ranging from 10.sup.10 dyne/cm.sup.2 to 10.sup.11 dyne/cm.sup.2 at 25.degree. C., said modulus including a value ranging from 10.sup.2 dyne/cm.sup.2 to 10.sup.9 dyne/cm.sup.2 at a temperature between 250.degree. C. and 300.degree. C.
