Abstract: A part mounting device for mounting a part to a generally rectangular angular hole formed in a mounting portion includes a main body having an elastic leg portion to be inserted in the angular hole and engaged with a pair of long sides of the angular hole and an insertion hole provided at at least non-bending side of the elastic leg portion, a cap having an insertion ledge which is configured to come into contact with at least non-bending side of the elastic leg portion when inserted in the insertion hole, the insertion ledge being disposed in a clearance between the elastic leg portion and at least one short side of the angular hole in a state in which the elastic leg portion is engaged with a pair of long sides of the angular hole.

Abstract: A clamp is provided having a synthetic clip and a metal plate spring. The clip includes a pair of side walls opposed each other at a certain distance, engaging shoulder portions each formed at an outer surface of each of the side walls and configured to be engaged with a peripheral edge of a mounting hole of a panel at the time of securing a mounting member to the panel. The spring is attached to one of the side walls of the clip. A press-fitting portion is formed at an inner surface of the other side wall and configured to be pressed against a boss portion of the mounting member. The spring includes a bite-into portion facing the press-fitting portion and configured to bite into the boss portion of the mounting member at the time of securing the mounting member to the panel.

Abstract: A clamp is provided having a synthetic clip and a metal plate spring. The clip includes a pair of side walls opposed each other at a certain distance, engaging shoulder portions each formed at an outer surface of each of the side walls and configured to be engaged with a peripheral edge of a mounting hole of a panel at the time of securing a mounting member to the panel. The spring is attached to one of the side walls of the clip. A press-fitting craw portion is formed at an inner surface of the other side wall and configured to be pressed against a boss portion of the mounting member. The spring includes a pull-out preventing tongue facing the craw portion and configured to bite into the boss portion of the mounting member at the time of securing the mounting member to the panel.

Abstract: A clip 1 is provided with a grommet 4 and a pin member 6. The grommet 4 has an axial leg 3 formed in the shape of a hollow cylinder by a plurality of elastic pieces 2. The pin member 6 is provided with an axial portion 7, recess grooves 8 and dams 10. Temporarily stopping pieces 9 are provided for the above recess grooves 8. Further, the above dams 10, 10 are formed at the leading half portions of the above recess grooves which the above axial leg comes into elastic contact with. By inserting the above axial portion 7 into a hollow portion 5 formed in the axial leg 3, the above elastic pieces 2 are expanded and plural panels are coupled to one another. At the temporarily fixing time, the temporarily stopping pieces 9 fit in fitting receivers 12 of the base ends of slits each of which is formed between the adjacent elastic pieces 2, thereby to prevent the pin member 6 from dropping out of the grommet. Further, the rotation of the pin member 6 is prevented by the dams 10.

Abstract: A fixing clip is provided for fixing an attachment member to a panel having an attachment hole. The fixing clip includes a grommet having a plurality of extensible leg pieces for engagement with a periphery of the attachment hole, a pin to be pressed into the grommet and a seal cap for accommodating the grommet. The seal cap has a plurality of extensible pleats formed in respective places corresponding to the leg pieces of the grommet. When the leg pieces of the grommet spread and engage with the periphery of the attachment hole of the panel through the seal cap, the pleats of the seal cap stretch out to follow the spreading leg pieces, so that the seal cap can be deformed easily. Therefore, there is no fear of reducing the engagement force of the leg pieces with the periphery of the attachment hole of the panel.

Abstract: A part mounting structure for mounting a part having a boss portion on a panel having a mounting oblong hole includes a U-shaped leaf spring member made of metal for admitting and fixing thereto the boss portion of the part and a clip member made of synthetic resin for admitting the leaf spring member and engaging in the mounting oblong hole of the panel. The leaf spring member has opposite side walls thereof provided with outwardly folded engaging pieces and formed with a plurality of inwardly folded check pawls having sharp leading ends which wedge individually into the surface of the boss portion of the part.

Abstract: A fuel injection valve has a collar-shaped stopper at the front of a plunger for restricting the plunger stroke between the stopper and the end of a guide pipe. The divergent conical surface or spherical surface is formed at the end of the guide pipe, a spherical surface which makes contact with the conical surface is formed at the opposite side of the stopper of the plunger to the ball, an automatic centering operation is performed at the stroke end of the plunger, thereby preventing the irregular wear of the ball valve and the seat surface to stabilize the performance for a long period of time.

Abstract: Disclosed is a manipulator which is particularly suitable for tapping a furnace. The manipulator includes an elongate arm which is axially reciprocable and rotatable in a vertical and a horizontal plane, and a handle for operating the arm for its axial reciprocal movement and vertical or horizontal rotation. The manipulator is particularly characterized by the provision of a bilateral servo system interconnecting between the arm and the handle for feeding back to the handle any variation in the force acting on the arm under operation.
