The management method includes the steps of monitoring an operating state of each of a plurality of computers to which one or more jobs are allocated, determining if the operating state meets a predetermined condition, if the operating state meets the predetermined condition, detecting an uncompleted job at a time when the predetermined condition is met from the jobs allocated to the computer, extracting another computer among the computers that is available to execute the detected uncompleted job based on information about one or more resources required for executing the detected uncompleted job, and allocating the detected uncompleted job to the extracted other computer.
