  • Patent number: 9801319
Abstract: A second tape conveying mechanism 20B includes a sprocket 21B allowed to rotate freely only in a first rotating direction corresponding to a tape conveying direction, and a first urging member 30 which urges and causes a carrier tape 14 to engage the sprocket 21B. When a preceding tape 14(1) engages the sprocket 21B and a subsequent tape 14(2) is inserted, the second tape conveying mechanism 20B abuts against a leading end of the subsequent tape 14(2) to prohibit entry of the subsequent tape 14(2). After the preceding tape 14(2) passes a tape stopper 35a, a position of the second tape conveying mechanism 20B is changed from a tape entry prohibition position to a tape entry permission position.

  • Patent number: 9611115
Abstract: A tape feeder includes: a feeder bottom support that rotatably holds a sprocket; and a tape presser mechanism that presses a carrier tape toward the feeder bottom support. The tape presser mechanism includes a tape presser that is at one end pivotally supported by the feeder bottom support and swingable to the feeder bottom support and that presses the carrier tape toward the sprocket while situated at a close position where the tape presser is closed to the feeder bottom support, and a tape presser operation member that is swingably attached to the feeder bottom support and that swings between a fixed position where the tape presser operation member presses the other end of the tape presser toward the feeder bottom support and an unfixed position where the other end of the tape feeder is released from pressure.

  • Patent number: 9592986
Abstract: A component supplying apparatus comprises a tape guide surface facing a lower surface of the carrier tape, a preceding tape contact part climbing onto a upper surface of the preceding carrier tape, and a subsequent tape blocking part configured to wait on the upstream side of the preceding tape contact part in a tape feeding direction while keeping a distance from the tape guide surface so as to enable the carrier tape to pass between the subsequent tape blocking part and the tape guide surface, and to move downwardly toward the preceding carrier tape when the preceding tape contact part is climbed onto the preceding carrier tape. The subsequent tape blocking part keeps the subsequent carrier tape waiting by contacting a front end of the subsequent carrier tape stacked on the preceding carrier tape onto which the preceding tape contact part climbs.

  • Patent number: 7931042
Abstract: A vacuum suction system comprises a work conveyor table 2 having work receiving openings 5, and a table base 3 having vacuum suction channels 7 which communicate with the work receiving openings 5 of the conveyor table 2. The work receiving openings 5 and the vacuum suction channels 7 communicate with a vacuum generation source 17 via a vacuum pipe 9. A negative pressure sensor 10 is disposed on the vacuum pipe 9. Based on a signal from the negative pressure sensor 10, a compressed air generation source 20 supplies a compressed air to the vacuum pipe 9 and thereby stabilizes the vacuum level in the vacuum pipe 9.

  • Publication number: 20080030800
Abstract: Provided is an electronic document management system which sorts out and stores electronic documents automatically. The electronic document management system displays the management names on a console panel of an image scanner, which are associated with document management information and pre-stored in an electronic document management server. When a user selects a given management name, an electronic document is processed in accordance with the management method associated with the selected management name. This allows electronic documents to be sorted out and stored automatically in accordance with the management method desired by a user, without the necessity of using any identification document.
