    Abstract: A four wheel drive front mower having a grass cutting unit connected to the front of a vehicle body. This mower comprises a hydrostatic transmission, an auxiliary change speed gearing, and a propelling drive transmission. The propelling drive transmission includes a center differential for distributing output of the auxiliary change speed device to front wheels and rear wheels, a clutch for making and breaking drive transmission from the center differential to the front wheels, and a front differential for transmitting the drive from the clutch to right and left front axles. The center differential, clutch and front differential are arranged vertically and serially.

    Abstract: A preferred embodiment of the invention comprises a box forming machine operable to raise folded box material to a box frame, and to fold the edges that comprise the box bottom into a bottom area and to tape the folded edges. The forming equipment is equipped with a box material supply that stores folded box stock material. The apparatus withdraws a piece of box material from the box material supply station by means of a vacuum chuck. The box stock material is raised to a box frame by means of a raise guide and further to a bottom folding station that folds the inner box edges which extend in a direction transverse to a taping direction. Outer edges are then folded into the bottom areas along the taping direction and a tape head tapes together the inner edges by means of a tape head drive.

    Abstract: A working vehicle comprising a vehicle body having a pair of front wheels and a pair of rear wheels, at least the rear wheels being drivingly rotatable and steerable, a working machine provided at the front end of the vehicle body, and a steering wheel and a seat which are disposed in the vicinity of the front wheels at the front portion of the body. The rear wheels can be steered between a forwardly directed position and a laterally directed position about a vertical axis approximately at the midportion between the pair of front wheels. The vehicle can make a quick turn with a small radius without subjecting the operator to a great centrifugal force.

    Abstract: The present invention includes a loudspeaker system in which sound radiation axes of two speakers in a single loudspeaker unit form an angle with respect to each other in a horizontal plane to increase the size of a listening area. The horizontal angle can be formed by orienting the sound axes of speakers in the loudspeaker unit at an angle in the range of 15 to 45 degrees from each other. The system also includes a phase adjustment system which adjusts the phase of the speakers in each loudspeaker unit so that the phase of the sound from each speaker in each loudspeaker unit is properly adjusted throughout the increased listening area to provide increased sound presence or spread.

    Abstract: A load handling vehicle equipped with a load handling device comprises a pair of reinforcing frames attached to opposite sides of the vehicle body, a steering panel, a front cover covering the space under the panel from the front and a protective device covering the operator's seat and including a pair of opposite front posts connected to the frames in front of the seat. Each of the front posts comprises a lower post member extending upright from the frame and positioned in the vicinity of of the front cover, and an upper post member removably attached to the lower post member. The steering panel and the front cover are attached to the pair of lower post members and can therefore be fixed in place by a simple arrangement and yet with increased strength. When unnecessary, the protective device is removable with the panel and the cover fixed in place.

    Abstract: A load handling vehicle having a load handling device disposed in front of the vehicle body and tiltable by a pair of opposite tilting cylinders. A main frame extends longitudinally of the vehicle and is fixed to each side of the vehicle body at a plurality of locations spaced apart longitudinally thereof. Each tilting cylinder extends longitudinally of the vehicle and is positioned above and close to the corresponding main frame in the vicinity of the front wheel fender inside thereof. The tilting cylinder is connected to a bracket on the main frame in the vicinity of and above the front axle and terminates at a position below the steering assembly of the vehicle. The arrangement of the cylinders permits the device to be positioned close to the vehicle body, enabling the driver to obtain a good forward view. The vehicle body is reinforced by the main frames against fracture.

    Abstract: A method for producing a semiconductor device comprises a step of forming a first gate insulation layer on a portion of a single crystal silicon substrate and forming a floating gate of polycrystalline silicon on the first gate insulation layer, a step of forming an oxide layer on the exposed portion of the substrate and on the floating gate, and a step of forming a control gate on the floating gate through the oxide layer. In the formation of the oxide layer, a nitride pattern layer is formed on the floating gate, the entire structure is oxidized by using the nitride pattern layer as a mask, thus forming a protective layer on the exposed portion of the substrate, the nitride pattern layer is removed, and the entire structure is again oxidized, thus forming a second gate insulation layer on the floating gate.
