Abstract: One object is to provide a door leaf frame capable of easy manufacturing, a door leaf, and a method of manufacturing the door leaf frame. A door leaf frame includes: two face plates disposed on opposite surface sides of a door leaf so as to be opposed to each other; two side plates each positioned on a lateral side of the door leaf and connected to the two face plates to form a U-shaped section; and two fastening members fastened to the two face plates. The face plates and the side plates are positioned relative to each other by projections provided on the side plates and holes provided in the face plates.

Abstract: A heat-sealing apparatus comprising a pair of opposed hot plates and a pair of hot plate-mounting blocks to which said hot plates are mounted, respectively. The hot plates respectively have pressing surfaces adapted to be pressed against each other with superimposed film sheets held therebetween during sealing; and mounting surfaces formed at opposite sides to said pressing surfaces. The hot plate-mounting blocks respectively have support surfaces. The hot plates are mounted to said hot plate-mounting blocks in such a manner that the mounting surfaces are pressed against the support surfaces, and that the hot plates can thermally expand and contract in a sealing direction without being restrained by said hot plate-mounting blocks. In another aspect of the invention, the mounting surfaces are formed on respective surfaces extending substantially perpendicular to the pressing surfaces and the hot plates are mounted on respective support surfaces formed on the hot plate-mounting blocks.

Abstract: A bearing cooling apparatus of a heating roller wherein the heating roller includes a roller, heating means disposed inside the roller, and a shaft having the roller mounted thereon, comprising a housing having the shaft rotatably supported thereto by bearings attached to the housing and formed with a first passageway and a second passageway, and means for circulating a cooling medium through the first and second passageways. At least one of the first and second passageways extends along the bearing disposed adjacent the heating means and along the shaft and are disposed adjacent the bearing and the shaft.
