  • Patent number: 8217544
Abstract: A motor-generator has a stator including an annular stator core and stator windings wound on the stator core, an annular inner rotor located radially inward of the stator core, and an annular outer rotor located radially outward of the stator core. Each of the inner and outer rotors is made of a soft magnetic material or magnetic steel. The stator core consists of a plurality of stator core segments each being in the form of a tooth. The stator windings are wound on the stator core in a continuous distributed winding manner at a predetermined winding pitch. The outer rotor consists of a plurality of outer rotor segments each of which is magnetically polarized to have opposite polarities on opposite circumferential ends thereof. Each of the outer rotor segments is offset from the inner rotor by a predetermined electrical angle that corresponds to the winding pitch of the stator windings.

  • Publication number: 20090302792
Abstract: In an AC rotating machine, a stator is provided with N-phase stator windings and located relative to the rotor. The N is an integer equal to or greater than 3, and the N-phase stator windings are arranged to be electrically isolated from each other. An inverter circuit is provided with first to N-th full-bridge inverters. Each of the first to N-th full-bridge inverters includes a first pair of series-connected switching elements and a second pair of series-connected switching elements. The first pair of series-connected switching elements and the second pair of series-connected switching elements are connected in parallel to each other. Each of the first to N-th full-bridge inverters is configured to individually apply a single-phase AC voltage to a corresponding one of the N-phase stator windings to thereby create a torque that rotates the rotor.

  • Publication number: 20050253568
Abstract: The present invention provides a switching regulator control circuit which includes low voltage operation stopping circuits different in operating voltage from each other and which is capable of obtaining a stable output voltage even when an input voltage slowly increases from a low voltage. A release delay time is set in a low voltage operation stopping circuit adapted to operate at a low voltage, whereby after a low voltage operation stopping circuit adapted to operate at a high voltage outputs a detection signal, the low voltage operation stopping circuit adapted to operate at the low voltage outputs a release signal.

  • Publication number: 20050007086
Abstract: The present invention provides an SW regulator control circuit that is efficient in both of the cases where the load is heavy and where the load is light. Two switch MOS transistors are disposed as switching elements of the SW regulator in parallel which are large in an on-resistance and small in a gate capacity, and in the case where a load of the SW regulator is heavy, the two switch MOS transistors are driven in parallel to lessen the on-resistance whereas in the case where the load is light, one of the two switch MOS transistors is driven to lessen the gate capacity.

  • Patent number: 6025763
Abstract: In a resonator-type SAW filter, at least one series-arm SAW resonator has an interdigital transducer with reflectors on both sides, and the reflectors are separated from the interdigital transducer by a distance of from (N/2+0.55).lambda..sub.1 to (N/2+0.81).lambda..sub.1, where N is an arbitrary non-negative integer and .lambda..sub.1 is the wavelength of the surface acoustic waves excited by the SAW resonator. Alternatively, from 30% to 80% of the electrode fingers Constituting the interdigital transducer in at least one series-arm SAW resonator are apodized, dividing the interdigital transducer into an excitation region and a dummy region, and the electrode fingers in the dummy region are offset from the electrode fingers in the excitation region by a distance of 0.05.lambda..sub.1 to 0.31.lambda..sub.1.
