  • Patent number: 11967441
Abstract: The present invention relates to a metal wiring, to be formed on a flexible substrate, including a sintered body of silver particles. The sintered body constituting the metal wiring has a volume resistivity of 20 ??·cm or less, hardness of 0.38 GPa or less, and a Young's modulus of 7.0 GPa or less. A conductive sheet provided with the metal wiring can be produced by applying/calcinating, on a substrate, a metal paste containing, as a solid content, silver particles having prescribed particle size and particle size distribution, and further containing, as a conditioner, an ethyl cellulose having a number average molecular weight of 10,000 or more and 90,000 or less. The metal wiring of the present invention is excellent in bending resistance with change in electrical characteristics suppressed even through repetitive bending deformation.

  • Patent number: 6541086
Abstract: A first embodiment of the packing film is a four-layered laminate film in which the following films are laminated in that order: a first oriented plastic film formed as an outer surface layer and provided with a first coarse surface portion, an aluminum foil or paper sheet, a second oriented plastic film provided with a second coarse surface portion which is overlapped with the first coarse portion, and a non-oriented plastic film formed as an inner surface layer. A second embodiment of the packing film is a three-layered laminate film in which the following films are laminated in that order: an oriented plastic film formed as a first surface layer and provided with a coarse surface portion, an aluminum foil, and a non-oriented plastic film formed as an inner surface layer. The oriented plastic film forming the outer surface layer is backed at its coarse surface portion by a thin surface layer and laminated to the aluminum foil through a binder layer.

  • Patent number: 5988489
Abstract: A package is composed of an inner box accommodating an inner content and an outer packing member essentially formed of a plastic film layer and adapted to wrap the inner box so as to have end portions to be bonded in a projecting manner through a heat sealing process. A pair of notches are formed to an end edge portion of the bonded end portions of the outer packing member and the packing member is provided with an easily opening portion at a portion near a base portion of one of the projected bonded end portions so as to correspond to the paired notches. In another aspect, a carton package comprises a carton body having an opened end, a pair of lid pieces formed integrally with the carton body and a carton tape applied to mating end edge portions of the lid pieces when closed, the carton tape having a tearing portion, from which the carton tape is easily torn, formed so as to extend in a longitudinal direction of the carton tape at a central portion in a width direction thereof.
