    Abstract: The present invention discloses a thin film transistor (TFT) array substrate, a liquid crystal display (LCD) and a method for manufacturing the same. The method comprises: forming coating layers on a display region and a non-display region of a first substrate; forming a stacked layer on the non-display region; forming at least one channel on the stacked layer by exposure and developing; filling the channel with a sealant; and bonding the first substrate to a second substrate by using the sealant. The present invention can precisely control the shape of the sealant for preventing the leakage of the sealant and an uneven cell thickness.

    Abstract: A virtual load board includes a connection port, a conversion circuit, and an indication unit, wherein the connection port comprises at least one terminal. The terminal receives an output voltage from the liquid crystal display control board. The conversion circuit converts the output voltage into an operating voltage for the indication unit and supplies the operating voltage to the indication unit. A test system and a test method for liquid crystal display control board are also provided. With the above-discussed arrangement, the virtual load board replaces a liquid crystal display panel to carry out a reliability test of the liquid crystal display control board, and has the advantages of small volume and low cost and can be accommodated, together with the liquid crystal display control board, in reliability test equipment in order to carry out a reliability test of the liquid crystal display control board in a specific environment.

    Abstract: A device for panel reliability testing and method thereof are proposed. The device includes a connection module, for connecting the panel and an aging module; a reliability chamber control module for sending a voltage regulation command to a bias module and/or a switch control command to the aging module; the bias module, for regulating voltage and transmitting information about voltage regulation to the aging module; and the aging module, for performing an aging operation on the panel depending on the switch control command sent from the reliability chamber control module and the information about voltage regulation transmitted from the bias module. Compared with the prior art, LCD panels undergo the aging testing before being packaged, thereby shortening a time period of manufacturing LCD panels and enhancing production efficiency.

    Abstract: A security system with power saving feature includes an electromagnetic lock and a sensing module. The electromagnetic lock is for receiving a limited supply of an electric power supplied by a power supply circuit before a full supply of the electric power is delivered to the electromagnetic lock. The sensing module may cause the full supply of the electric power upon sensing a specific action signal caused by an environment change. Therefore, the electromagnetic lock may operate in a lock state with only the limited supply of the electric power and still operate in the same lock state even after the generation of the triggering signal. Thus, the time during which the electromagnetic lock operates with the full supply of the electric power is minimized, limiting the total power consumption accordingly.

    Abstract: A composition of a thermal interface material is provided. The deficiencies of low thermal conductivity and high thermal resistance in the conventional thermal interface materials are resolved. By using carbon fibers with high thermal conductivity, the thermal conductivity of the thermal interface material can be about 7˜10 times higher than the traditional thermal interface materials. The added amount of carbon fibers is less than the added amount of metal or ceramic powders. The dispersion process is thereby improved. Further, the thermal interface material has a phase change temperature at about 40˜65° C. Holes, gaps and dents on the surface of device are filled at the normal operation temperature of device to reduce the thermal resistance of the entire device and to increase the interfacial bonding strength.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a DC-to-DC step-up converter to which a logic control unit is added in order to reduce the ripples of a DC output voltage and improve the power quality. The converter of the present invention comprises a step-up circuit, a ring oscillator, a divider circuit, a PFM (pulse frequency modulation) comparator and a logic control unit. The step-up circuit is used to step up a source voltage to generate a DC output voltage. The ring oscillator is used to generate an oscillator output signal. The divider circuit receives the DC output voltage to generate a feedback voltage.
