The monitoring system of the present invention has Group ID (GID) and Sort ID functions, and automatically replies according to the order of the Sort ID after identifying the Group ID and confirming that it is necessary to reply. The present invention also discloses a radio medical monitoring method.

    Abstract: A sample rate converting device includes a noise shaper and a sample rate converter. The noise shaper is for receiving a digital input signal, noise-shaping the digital input signal, and then outputting an n-bit digital stream. The sample rate converter, which is coupled to the noise shaper, receives the n-bit digital stream and outputs a digital output signal. Since the n-bit digital stream is a digital signal with a smaller number of bits in each sample, the computation efforts of interpolation are reduced. Hence, less resource is needed to complete the conversion.

    Abstract: A semiconductor package with a die pad having a recessed portion is proposed, wherein a lead frame is used, having a die pad formed with at least a through hole, and a plurality of leads. A chip is mounted on the die pad and covers the through hole, with a bottom surface of the chip being partly exposed out the through hole. The through hole is formed at its peripheral edge with a recessed portion that dents from a top surface of the die pad and is associated with the through hole. During a molding process, the recessed portion is entirely filled with an encapsulating compound used for encapsulating the chip and die pad. This prevents forming of voids between the chip and die pad, and assures packaged products to be free of die crack or popcorn effect, thereby significantly improving yield and reliability of the packaged products.

    Abstract: A multi-chip semiconductor package is proposed, in which a lead frame is formed with a chip carrier that consists of at least one supporting frame and a plurality of downwardly extending portions integrally formed with the supporting frame. As the chip carrier occupies small space, this does not impede flowing of a molding compound used for forming an encapsulant. The adjacent extending portions are provided with sufficient space therebetween for allowing the molding compound to flow through the space, so that problems of incomplete filling with the molding compound and the formation of voids can be eliminated. Moreover, the downwardly extending portions can function as a pre-stressed structure so as to closely abut a bottom of a mold cavity after mold engagement, thereby making the chip carrier well assured in position without being dislocated.
