  • Publication number: 20100270615
Abstract: A lateral diffused metal oxide semiconductor transistor is disclosed. A p-type bulk is disposed on a substrate. An n-type well region is disposed in the p-type bulk. A plurality of field oxide layers are disposed on the p-type bulk and the n-type well region. A gate structure is disposed on a portion of the p-type bulk and one of the plurality of field oxide layers. At least one deep trench isolation structure is disposed in the p-type bulk and adjacent to the n-type well region.

  • Publication number: 20030154214
Abstract: An automatic storage and retrieval system and a method for operating the system are proposed, in which the automatic storage and retrieval system (AS/RS) is used to connect a user's computer device through a communication network to an AS/RS programmable logic controller (PLC), wherein a user is provided with an identification number for loginning the AS/RS, and a daily required material report is displayed in the user's computer device for allowing the user to select a material from the material report, so as to control the AS/RS PLC to store or retrieve the selected material in the case of the user matching a corresponding storage bin for the selected material in identification number, or else, the material storage or retrieval is inhibited by the AS/RS.

  • Publication number: 20030101064
Abstract: A material on hand checking method of trial-run prototypes/modules aims at resolving the problem of not able to forecast material shortage of trial-run prototypes/modules in electronic format by enterprises. Through the calculation method, when there is a request of trial-producing (trial-running), the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) server is capable of controlling and managing the inventory system, estimating required materials of trial-run prototype/module based on certain steps and procedures, and opening a new trial-run production line for productions. Enterprises can, therefore, decrease overstock in the facilities, reduce the risk of material purchasing and increase profit margins.

  • Publication number: 20030061108
Abstract: The invention pertains to a method of online purchasing and inventory distribution of materials. Through the combination of an inventory management system and an accounting system, approved materials are temporarily stored in a supplier's temporary stored area in a storage of the purchaser. Only after the materials are indeed shipped to the production lines will the payment procedure begin. Using such a model of online purchasing to pay at the same time materials are used can transfer part of the material stocking cost over to the suppliers, thus lowering the stocking cost at the purchaser. Applying this method of completing material payment at the same time materials are supplied can not only simplify material shipping procedure but also ensure the timing for materials needed immediately on the production lines.
