  • Patent number: 12202752
Abstract: A method is provided for processing wastewater having organics even together with high-concentration ammonia-nitrogen, using an apparatus, comprising a catalyzation tank and a subsequent neutralization tank. Organic ammonia-nitrogen wastewater is introduced into tank for reaction without being pre-adjusted by acidic agent or mixing with other additives. A persulfate oxidant is used to process high-efficiency oxidative degradation for ammonia-nitrogen and toxic organics in wastewater through catalyzing oxidation of ultraviolet activation, tiny-amount-transition-metal catalyzation, or both of them, for simultaneous reductions or complete removals of ammonia-nitrogen and organic carbon contents. After neutralization according to actual needs, the final output is complied with biological treatment conditions, discharged-water quality standards, or recycled-water standards.

  • Publication number: 20130217434
Abstract: A method and a system for transmitting data and an electronic apparatus using the method are provided. The electronic apparatus is detachably coupled to an external apparatus. When the electronic apparatus performs data transmission with the external apparatus via a first transmission path, whether a state change signal is generated is checked. After the state change signal is generated, the follow-up data to be transmitted to the external apparatus is stored temporarily in a virtual storage interface. And, after a second transmission path is established between the electronic apparatus and the external apparatus, the data stored temporarily in the virtual storage interface is transmitted to the external apparatus via the second transmission path, so as to continue the data transmission with the external apparatus.

  • Publication number: 20110181976
Abstract: A power-saving method adapted in a hard disk in a computer system having a CPU and a memory module is provided. The power-saving method comprises the following steps. A data-to-be-written is transferred from the memory module through the CPU to the hard disk filter. A determining module is provided to determine whether a data access frequency of the computer system exceeds a threshold value. When the data access frequency exceeds the threshold value, the determining module further determines whether a request-queuing time exceeds an idle-mode activation time. When the request-queuing time exceeds the idle-mode activation time interval, the data-to-be-written is stored in a temporary storage location by the hard disk filter. When a condition of the computer system is satisfied, the data-to-be-written is written to the hard disk to extend the duration of an idle-mode of the hard disk. A power-saving operating system is disclosed herein as well.
