  • Patent number: 11562588
Abstract: Interfaces and systems are provided for harvesting ground truth from forms to be used in training models based on key-value pairings in the forms and to later use the trained models to identify related key-value pairings in new forms. Initially, forms are identified and clustered to identify a subset of forms to label with the key-value pairings. Users provide input to identify keys to use in labeling and then select/highlight text from forms that are presented concurrently with the keys in order to associate the highlighted text with the key(s) as the corresponding key-value pairing(s). After labeling the forms with the key-value pairings, the key-value pairing data is used as ground truth for training a model to independently identify the key-value pairing(s) in new forms. Once trained, the model is used to identify the key-value pairing(s) in new forms.

  • Patent number: 10142436
Abstract: Described herein are techniques and systems for controlling a broadcast mode and a timer mode to update data stored in respective caches of multiple cache servers. When a cache server is operating in the broadcast mode, the cache server receives a data update or a notification of a data update from a broadcast server. When a cache server is operating in the timer mode, the cache server updates its cache without the use of, or reliance upon, the broadcast server. A cache server is configured to operate in the broadcast mode based on a determination that the broadcast server is capable of broadcasting (e.g., sending) messages and/or data updates to the cache servers. In contrast, a cache server is configured to operate in the timer mode based on a determination that the broadcast server is incapable of broadcasting messages and/or data updates to the cache servers.

  • Publication number: 20170337560
Abstract: Described herein are techniques and systems for providing an interactive user interface that presents a set of recommended resolution paths and resolution actions to resolve a user issue. The recommended resolution paths and resolution actions presented can be selected from a database of resolution paths and resolution actions previously employed by technicians to resolve user issues. The database of resolution paths can be accessible by computing devices associated with the technicians, and can store the different resolution paths and resolution actions employed by each of the technicians. Once the user issue has been resolved, the system can determine that the current resolution path has successfully resolved the issue, and update the database to include the current resolution path and/or change the scores associated with the current resolution path.

  • Publication number: 20100119050
Abstract: An auto provision system and method for a customer premises equipment (CPE) include: connecting a CPE to a provision platform through a network; authenticating the CPE by the provision platform and generating and transmitting a corresponding setting file to the CPE by the provision platform; and the CPE updating the configuration thereof by using the received setting file, thereby saving manual costs for ISPs (Internet Service Providers), ensuring ease of use, and enhancing information security.
