The main body is formed with an elongated groove corresponding to the horizontal and the arc sliding grooves. The restriction element is inserted through the main body and is connected to the limiting element via an elastic element. A pin element is inserted through the restriction element to be slidable in the elongated groove. The elastic element makes the restriction element tend to move toward the base rack.
