    Abstract: A memory device and a management method thereof are provided. The memory device includes a controller and at least one memory channel. The memory channel includes at least one memory chip. The at least one memory chip is commonly coupled to the controller through an interrupt signal wire. The at least one memory chip generates at least one local interrupt signal and performs a logic operation on the at least one local interrupt signal to generate a common interrupt signal. The interrupt signal wire is configured to transmit the common interrupt signal to the controller.

    Abstract: A method for detecting a touch display panel which includes a plurality of conductive lines which are composed of a plurality of data lines and driving lines is used to detect capacitance characteristics of the touch display panel. Between the data lines and ground has at least one first capacitance module, between the driving lines and ground has at least one second capacitance module, and between the data lines and the driving lines has at least one capacitance. The method includes electing one as a detection line in the conductive lines for detecting capacitance characteristic, then inputting a detection voltage wave to the detection line and inputting the detection voltage wave to the conductive lines which are cross the detection line to eliminate capacitance characteristic of the capacitance; detecting capacitance characteristic between the detection line and ground at last.

    Abstract: A resistance type touch panel includes a first substrate, a second substrate and a detection module. The first substrate further includes a touch module at a bottom surface thereof facing the second substrate, in which the touch module has a plurality of conductive blocks having individual signal lines. The second substrate includes a bias-layer module at an upper surface thereof opposing to the touch module by a predetermined spacing. The bias-layer module further includes at least four bias points accounted for at least two voltage biases along two directions. The detection module is electrically coupled with the signal lines of the touch module for realizing all the voltage changes among the conductive blocks.
