    Abstract: A method for intermittently discharging an inverter in an energy storage apparatus and an energy storage apparatus using the method are disclosed. The method includes a protection step; and an intermittent discharge step, which includes having a battery management system detect a charge level of a capacitor and send it to a control unit, and when the charge level is below an activation threshold, having the control unit control a battery pack to perform a first discharge procedure to charge the capacitor for at least two times intermittently until the charge level reaches the activation threshold, thereby providing fast charge for the capacitor.

The water storage assembly (20) is disposed in the container (10) and includes a water tank (21) filled with water (B). The spraying assembly (40) includes a pressure tank (41) and multiple nozzles (42) communicating with the pressure tank (41). Two ends of the pump (30) separately communicate with the water tank (21) and the pressure tank (41). The water (B) is pressured by the pressure tank (41), and is nebulized and sprayed out of the container (10) by each nozzle (42). Therefore, widespread clouds in the high sky may be quickly condensed into water droplets to accomplish the function of rainmaking.

    Abstract: A fluid dynamic rain-making apparatus includes a first tubular member (10) and a thermal conductor (20). The first tubular member (10) includes a fluid channel having a first opening (12) and a second opening (13). An axial cross section of the fluid channel (11) decreases from the first opening (12) toward the second opening (13). The thermal conductor (20) includes a second tubular member (21) attached to the second opening (13) of the first tubular member (10) and heat sinks (22) circumferentially arranged on an outer surface thereof. A fluid (A) enters the fluid channel (11) from the first opening (11) and forms a cooled fluid (A1) through flowing through the fluid channel (11) for cooling the second tubular member (21), thus the heat sinks (22) are cooler than the external fluid (A). Accordingly, moist air is cooled to reach the dew point to form water drop for rainfall.

    Abstract: A mobile hydrogen-oxygen burner rainmaking device includes a container, two liquid storage barrels, a combustion chamber and an igniter. The container has an accommodating space and a gas pipe. The liquid storage barrel is disposed in the accommodating space and connected to a nozzle and filled with liquid hydrogen and liquid oxygen separately. The combustion chamber is disposed in the accommodating space and has an opening. The igniter is installed in the combustion chamber. Each nozzle sprays the liquid hydrogen and liquid oxygen in a mist form into the combustion chamber for mixing, and the igniter ignites for combustion to form a high-temperature and high-pressure water vapor to be discharged from the opening along the gas pipe, so that the rainmaking device may be transported by a container truck to an appropriate location for operation to achieve the desirable rainmaking effect.

The water stirrer (3) is mounted to the floating carrier (1). The transmission element (4) is connected to the wind turbine (2) and the water stirrer (3). The water stirrer (3) is rotated by means of the rotation of the wind turbine (2) and a driving action of the transmission element (4). With this arrangement, the wind turbine (2) is blown by natural and inexhaustible wind to rotate, so that the water stirrer (3) can be driven by the transmission element (4) to beat water rapidly, thereby increasing the amount of oxygen dissolved in the water and facilitating the decomposition of organic compounds in the water.
