  • Publication number: 20240096834
Abstract: A method is provided. The method includes determining a first bump map indicative of a first set of positions of bumps. The method includes determining, based upon the first bump map, a first plurality of bump densities associated with a plurality of regions of the first bump map. The method includes smoothing the first plurality of bump densities to determine a second plurality of bump densities associated with the plurality of regions of the first bump map. The method includes determining, based upon the second plurality of bump densities, a second bump map indicative of the first set of positions of the bumps and a set of sizes of the bumps.

  • Patent number: 11929007
Abstract: A display driving integrated circuit (IC) and a driving parameter adjustment method thereof are provided. The display driving IC includes a control circuit and a driving parameter determination circuit. The control circuit controls a current driving circuit and a scanning circuit according to a driving parameter, wherein the current driving circuit is suitable for driving multiple driving lines of a light emitting diode (LED) array, and the scanning circuit is suitable for driving multiple scanning lines of the LED array. The driving parameter determination circuit is coupled to the control circuit to provide the driving parameter. The driving parameter determination circuit dynamically adjusts the driving parameter for a target LED in the LED array according to a grayscale value of the target LED.

  • Publication number: 20060105250
Abstract: A test photomask and a compensation method using the same are disclosed. The present invention employs several groups of parallel lines in the longitudinal direction and in the traverse direction on the test photomask to fabricate the test photomask. The parallel lines have different widths thereof and widths of pitches. Then, the differences of widths of these parallel lines and the difference of widths of pitches are determined so that widths of these parallel lines and pitches of the patterns are compensated.
