  • Publication number: 20080112191
Abstract: A supporting frame has a frame body and at least one connecting post. The frame body has a connecting face and an edge. The at least one connecting post is formed on and extends from the connecting face at the edge. Each connecting post is hollow and conical and has an enlarged end, a reduced end and at least one slit. The enlarged end has a diameter and is formed on the connecting face of the frame body. The reduced end has a diameter smaller than that of the enlarged end and is away from the connecting face of the frame body. The at least one slit is longitudinally formed in the connecting post. Accordingly, the supporting frame can be easily and precisely combined with a circuit board.

  • Publication number: 20080031007
Abstract: A housing for a backlight module includes a bottom plate, a sidewall, at least one catch member, and at least two resilient protrusions. The sidewall is provided on the periphery of the bottom plate and has a step portion in which a lateral face is formed to at least partially surround the bottom plate. The catch member is provided on the sidewall and has a contact surface at its one end. The contact surface of the catch member has a height difference relative to the lateral face of the sidewall, and the resilient protrusions are formed on the lateral face of the sidewall and convex toward the contact surface of the catch member.

  • Patent number: 7200507
Abstract: A method and a device for calibrating an interior clock generator installed inside a power monitoring unit of a rechargeable battery. The device includes an input pin for inputting an external clock signal from an exterior clock generator installed outside the power monitoring unit. A calibration timer control circuit is connected to the input pin. A register is connected to the calibration timer control circuit for outputting a start signal to activate the calibration timer control circuit. A counter and a timer are controlled by the calibration timer control circuit to be activated simultaneously therewith to count the outside clock signal and an internal clock signal generated from the interior clock generator, respectively. Such that the timer stops counting when the counter stops counting, a first count of the timer is compared to a second count of the counter to calibrate the interior clock generator.
