    Abstract: A power winch horizontal-pull clutch device provides dynamic forces from a power source and uses a deceleration device to retard the force transmission to a cable pulley for releasing and rewinding a steel cable on the cable pulley. A connecting slot is formed on a casing of the deceleration device. The deceleration device includes an outer ring body and at least one insert slot formed on an external surface. The power winch includes a clutch device for selectively fixing the connecting slot to the insert slot to transmit the dynamic force from the deceleration device to the cable pulley. The clutch device is a sealed assembly and a control handle is provided for making a horizontal movement to achieve the clutching effect and prevent water, dust or other foreign matters from entering into the clutch device, damaging components, causing failure or malfunction, or clamping an operator's hand or foreign matters.

    Abstract: A dual braking device for a power winch includes a first braking device and a second braking device, which is composed of a transmitting sleeve, a braking lining, an electromagnetic induction coil, a magnetic conduction member, and an elastic member. When the power winch is electrically connected for retracting or releasing steel ropes, the induction coil will produce magnetic force to attract the magnetic conductive member to move and compress the elastic member, and the braking lining cannot perform braking. When the power winch is electrically disconnected, the electromagnetic induction coil cannot produce magnetic force, and the magnetic conduction member will be actuated by the elastic member to contact with and force the braking lining to stop the rotating shaft and the spindle.

A braking spring is fitted around the outer circumference of the posts of the first and the second driving block, having the opposite end respectively formed with a hook end bent inward to be respectively moved in the notches of the first or the second driving block. When the motor is electrically disconnected, the elastic wires of the braking spring are forced by the driving block to expand outward and carry out braking.

    Abstract: An electric winch includes a motor, a speed reducer, a rope shaft, a rope wound around the rope shaft for lifting up or lowering down a heavy load, a clutch, two fix bases, two fix rods, a base plate, and a controller. The motor rotates the speed reducer and then the rope shaft for winding or unwinding the rope. The clutch can connect or disconnect the speed reducer to or from the rope shaft. The fix base is respectively positioned between the motor and the rope shaft and also between the speed reducer and the rope shaft. The fix rods are positioned between the fix bases for securing the distance between the two fix bases. The base plate is positioned on the fix rods, and the controller is firmly mounted on the base plate, with the cap covering over the controller and the base plate for hiding them.
