  • Patent number: 4978282
Abstract: This invention discloses an electrical fuel pump for a small motorcycle engine including an intake socket for introducing the fuel into the pump, a gerotor pump for compressing the incoming fuel, a discharge socket for discharging the compressed fuel from the pump, a DC motor for driving the gerotor pump, a coupling for transmitting the rotation power of the motor to the gerotor pump, and a casing for receiving the intake socket, the discharge socket, the gerotor pump, the coupling and the DC motor therein. The gerotor pump has a pair of engaged rotors, including a toothed inner rotor and a toothed outer rotor disposed eccentrically relative to each other, with a plurality of outer and inner teeth being, respectively, formed on the outer periphery of the inner rotor and on the inner periphery of the outer rotor so that the outer rotor may be driven by the inner rotor through engagement of the inner and outer teeth.

  • Patent number: 4909439
Abstract: This invention relates to a mini type fuel injector and in particular to one including a stator provided at the outer surface with a flange dividing the stator into a first portion and a second portion, an adjusting pipe slidably disposed within the hole of the second portion of the stator, a bobbin mounted on the second portion of the stator with its one end bearing against the flange and its the other end extending out of the second portion and wrapped with insulated wires to form a coil, a housing having an inner reduced neck supporting a lower end of the coil and joined together with the stator by rivetting, a socket arranged in the flange of the stator, an armature received between the stator, the bobbin and the housing, a valve body having a flange for connecting the housing by rivetting and a compression spring with two ends thereof urging against the adjusting pipe and the armature, whereby the construction is simplified and the magnetic flux path is reduced thereby speeding up the dynamic response, d

  • Patent number: 4852854
Abstract: An electromagnetic permeable-shell-free diaphragm valve comprising a shell, a coil, a stator, a magnetic flux permeable block, a spring seat, an adjusting block, a valve stem, a diaphragm, a coil spring, and a valve seat. The diaphragm of the valve isolates the slide portion of the stem from the liquid, so that the reciprocating motions of the valve stem will not be impeded when the liquid is dehydrated. Furthermore, it is not necessary to install a permeable shell, so that the manufacturing cost is lower than that of the conventional valve, and the efficiency of the heat dissipation will be improved, particularly at high-frequency operation, since the coil is directly disposed outside the shell of the valve.

  • Patent number: 4769650
Abstract: An automatic ink jet marking system composed of a nozzle set, an ink supply device and a micro-computer control device which uses a fixed nozzle set to mark a moving object, particularly a system which uses micro-computer to edit, save and retrieve data and to give control signal in reponse to movement of object as detected by a position sensor and a speed sensor to drive a solenoid valve module and consequentially the nozzle module to spray ink for marking via a driver.
