  • Patent number: 10150803
Abstract: The present invention relates a method of preparing a Glucagon-like peptide 2 (GLP-2) analog by gene recombination. The present invention provides an expression vector, which includes: (a) a nucleic acid sequence encoding tag protein; (b) a nucleic acid sequence encoding Smt3 protein (SEQ ID NO: 1); and (c) a nucleic acid sequence encoding linker peptide (SEQ ID NO: 2) and GLP-2 analog. The fusion protein expressed by the expression vector can be cleaved by thrombin, wherein the cleaving position is at the linker peptide, and then the GLP-2 analog is produced.

  • Publication number: 20060208079
Abstract: The present invention discloses a RFID testing system, comprising an object-under-test having a RFID tag attached thereto, a RFID reader and a tester. Wherein, the tester further comprises: a base; a bar-shaped first rail, mounted on the base in a stationary manner; a bar-shaped second rail, perpendicularly and slidably mounted on the first rail for enabling the second rail to move linearly along the first rail; a bar-shaped third rail, slidably mounted on the second rail and disposed perpendicular to the first and the second rails for enabling the third rail to move linearly along the second rail; and a clamping device, slidably mounted on the third rail for enabling the clamping device to move linearly along the third rail.

  • Patent number: 6598278
Abstract: A sponge sleeve installation appliance for installing a sponge sleeve onto a roller has an elongated socket body including a sleeve portion and a tapered portion. The sleeve portion has an outer circular diameter slightly larger than an inner diameter of the sponge sleeve which when not deformed defines an interior space for accommodating at least part of the roller inserted from a bottom of the sleeve portion. The tapered portion has a cone shape with a bottom connected to a top of the sleeve portion which protrudes and tapers off from the sleeve portion in a longitudinal direction of the sleeve portion.

  • Publication number: 20020035771
Abstract: A sponge sleeve installation appliance for installing a sponge sleeve on a roller is disclosed. The appliance comprises a longitudinal socket body and a base. The longitudinal socket body includes a sleeve portion and a tapered portion, both being longitudinally continued. The sleeve portion is of an outer circular diameter slightly larger than the inner diameter of the sponge sleeve of an unexpanded status and internally defines a receiving space permitting the insertion of the roller from one end of the sleeve portion and accommodating at least part of the roller. With the above simple structure, the sponge sleeve can be easily slipped onto the roller.
