  • Patent number: 11935758
Abstract: A method for atomic layer etching a metal containing layer is provided. At least a region of a surface of the metal containing layer is modified to form a modified metal containing region by exposing a surface of the metal containing layer to a modification gas, wherein adjacent to the modified metal containing region remains an unmodified metal containing region. The modified metal containing region is selectively removed with respect to the unmodified metal containing region by exposing the surface of the metal containing layer to an inert bombardment plasma generated from an inert gas.

  • Publication number: 20070279817
Abstract: Integrated circuits are provided that have sensitive circuitry such as programmable polysilicon fuses. Electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection circuitry is provided that prevents damage or undesired programming of the sensitive circuitry in the presence of an electrostatic discharge event. The electrostatic discharge protection circuitry may have a power ESD device that limits the voltage level across the sensitive circuitry to a maximum voltage and that draws current away from the sensitive circuitry when exposed to ESD signals. The electrostatic discharge protection circuitry may also have an ESD margin circuit that helps to prevent current flow through the sensitive circuitry when the maximum voltage is applied across the sensitive circuitry.

  • Publication number: 20050155237
Abstract: A refined laser leveler is disclosed. The leveler includes a case having a fixed base contained therein, and a laser transmitter and conducting pieces both mounted at a front end thereof, wherein a power supplier is connected to a back end of the conducting pieces and a controlling element is mounted at a position corresponding to the conducting pieces. The controlling element has a hole mounted thereon and a light splitter mounted below the hole and the controlling element is slid in sliding troughs located at two sides of the case. When the user moves the controlling element to slide downward, the controlling element will therefore be electrically conducted through being contacted with the conducting pieces so as to enable the laser transmitter to produce a beam, wherein the beam is radiated through the hole on the controlling element so that a projection of the beam will show a spot.
