    Abstract: A method is to be implemented by a computing device that stores a risk assessment model, and includes steps of: obtaining an entry of target physiological data and target magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) images of a brain of a subject with mild cognition impairment (MCI); obtaining, based on the target MRI images, voxel values respectively of primitive voxels that are related to grey matter of the brain of the subject; selecting, from among the primitive voxels, any primitive voxel satisfying a filtering criterion as a selected voxel; calculating an average of the voxel value(s) respectively of the selected voxel(s) to obtain an average target voxel value; and obtaining a probability of the subject developing Alzheimer's disease within a predetermined time period by feeding the average target voxel value and the entry of target physiological data into the risk assessment model.

    Abstract: Various embodiments of the present application are directed towards a control gate layout to improve an etch process window for word lines. In some embodiments, an integrated chip comprises a memory array, an erase gate, a word line, and a control gate. The memory array comprises a plurality of cells in a plurality of rows and a plurality of columns. The erase gate and the word line are elongated in parallel along a row of the memory array. The control gate is elongated along the row and is between and borders the erase gate and the word line. Further, the control gate has a pad region protruding towards the erase gate and the word line. Because the pad region protrudes towards the erase gate and the word line, a width of the pad region is spread between word-line and erase-gate sides of the control gate.

An inner wall of the C-shaped flexible retainer extends to the first leg and the second leg from the peak portion along a parabolic track, such that a thickness of a cross section of the peak portion is 1.666 times more than a thickness of a cross section of the first leg and a thickness of a cross section of the second leg. The biodegradable hairpin is made of any one or a combination of at least two of Bio-Polybutylene Succinate (PBS), Polylactic acid (PLA), D-polylactide (PDLA), toughener, and nucleating agent, such that the biodegradable hairpin has ductility, malleability, and toughness.

    Abstract: A method for producing an annular hair band includes providing an elongated, elastic woven strip having transversely extending yarns interleaved between longitudinally extending yarns. Two ends of the woven strip are overlapped. An abutting area of the two ends is greater than a cross sectional area of an end face of each end. Two non-planar dies are used to heat and compress overlapped sections of the two ends. The yarns of one of the two ends and mesh holes of another of the two ends are fused together. The two ends are flattened to form protrusions or grooves on an upper face and a lower face of a non-planar engaged portion of the two ends, thereby forming the annular hair band. The two non-planar dies are opened to remove the annular hair band for cooling. The annular hair band is capable of withstanding a stretching force greater than 2 kg.
