  • Patent number: 7931158
Abstract: A tool suspension rack includes a support board provided with two through holes, and an elongate flexible clamping strap extending through the two through holes of the support board and provided with a plurality of barb-shaped locking pieces extending through at least one of the two through holes of the support board and locked on a side of the support board. Thus, the locking pieces of the clamping strap in turn extend through the two through holes of the support board to clamp and tighten the tool between the clamping strap and the support board easily and quickly, thereby facilitating a user mounting the tool onto the tool suspension rack.

  • Publication number: 20110016731
Abstract: A pruning hook includes an extension shank, a fixed blade mounted on a first end of the extension shank, a movable blade pivotally connected with the fixed blade, a driving cord connected with the movable blade to drive the movable blade relative to the fixed blade, a control member movably mounted on the extension shank and connected with the driving cord to drive the driving cord, and a positioning device mounted on the control member and detachably locked onto the extension shank to releasably lock the control member onto the extension shank. Thus, by provision of the positioning device, the movable blade and the fixed blade are disposed at a closed state when not in use to prevent the movable blade and the fixed blade from hurting a person.

  • Publication number: 20110016730
Abstract: A pruning hook includes an extension shank (30), a blade unit (10) including a fixed blade (12) mounted on the extension shank and a movable blade (13) pivotally connected with the fixed blade, a driving cord (15) connected with the movable blade, a slide (16) connected with the driving cord, a pull cord (20) connected with the slide, a control member (40) movably mounted on the extension shank and connected with a first end (21) of the pull cord, and a pulling member (50) movable relative to the extension shank and connected with a second end (22) of the pull cord. Thus, the blade unit is driven by the control member or the pulling member so that the blade unit has two operation modes to facilitate a user operating the pruning hook to perform a cutting action.

  • Publication number: 20100299938
Abstract: A pruning hook includes an extension shank (10), a blade unit (40) including a fixed blade (42) mounted on the extension shank and a movable blade (41) pivotally connected with the fixed blade, a driving cord (100) to drive the movable blade, a sliding member (20) movably mounted in the extension shank to drive the driving cord, a control cord (200) mounted in the extension shank to drive the sliding member, and a control member (30) movably mounted on the extension shank to drive the control cord. Thus, the extension shank protects the control cord and the driving cord to prevent the control cord and the driving cord from being hooked or scratched by foreign objects, such as branches and the like, during operation of the blade unit.

  • Publication number: 20100299939
Abstract: A pruning hook includes an extension shank, a blade unit including a fixed blade mounted on the extension shank and a movable blade pivotally connected with the fixed blade, a driving cord to drive the movable blade, a slide movably mounted in the extension shank to drive the driving cord, a pull cord mounted in the extension shank to drive the slide, and a pulling member movable relative to the extension shank to drive the pull cord. Thus, the pulling member is pulled by a user's arm to drive the blade unit so that the blade unit is driven by a greater force applied by the user's arm and has a larger shearing force to perform a cutting action in an easier manner so as to cut a larger object easily and conveniently.

  • Publication number: 20100258695
Abstract: A hanging device includes a fixing member, a mounting member mounted on the fixing member, a positioning member mounted on the mounting member and provided with a serrated engaging portion, a hanging member pivotally mounted on the mounting member and provided with a serrated engaging section detachably engaged with the engaging portion, and an elastic member biased between the mounting member and the positioning member to push the engaging portion toward the engaging section. Thus, the engaging portion of the positioning member engages the engaging section of the hanging member in a planar manner to increase the contact area of the positioning member and the hanging member so that the hanging member is combined with the positioning member tightly and closely and can be used to bear a heavier load.

  • Publication number: 20100043853
Abstract: A walking stick includes a stick body, a circuit board, a control switch, a storage battery, a generating unit, a control handle, a plurality of light emitting members, two lamp shades, a lighting unit, a buzzer, and a level detector. The light emitting members and the lighting unit can emit light beams outwardly so that the walking stick can provide a lighting function at the night or on a darker place. The control handle is pivoted relative to the stick body to drive the generating unit to generate an electric power so that the walking stick has a manually generating function without needing an external power supply. When the walking stick falls down (or the user falls down onto the ground), the buzzer is operated to emit a sound so as to provide a warning and notifying function.

  • Patent number: 7530172
Abstract: A pair of long-arm gardening shears include a hollow mounting seat, an extension tube, a cutting tool, a link, a toothed rack, two spaced driven gears, and two elongated handles. Each of the elongated handles is provided with a toothed drive portion meshing with a respective driven gear to rotate the respective driven gear. Thus, the cutting tool is driven by a leverage action of the handles and by a gearing action of the toothed drive portions of the handles, the driven gears and the toothed rack, so that the long-arm gardening shears can perform a cutting action in a labor-saving manner, thereby greatly saving the user's energy.

  • Patent number: 7229344
Abstract: A blade sharpening tool includes a main body, a first grinding unit, a second grinding unit, and a protective jacket. The first grinding unit is directed toward a direction in line with the axial direction of the main body. Thus, when the first grinding unit is pressed to move on the blade of the gardening shears, the first grinding unit is movable in the direction the same as that of the blade, so that the first grinding unit is operated easily and quickly to facilitate the user operating the blade sharpening tool in an energy-saving manner. In addition, the mating surface of the main body has a shape corresponding to that of the jaw of the gardening shears to facilitate movement of the first grinding unit on the blade.
