Patent number: 12154608Abstract: A semiconductor device and a method of forming the same are provided. The method includes forming a bottom electrode layer over a substrate. A magnetic tunnel junction (MTJ) layers are formed over the bottom electrode layer. A top electrode layer is formed over the MTJ layers. The top electrode layer is patterned. After patterning the top electrode layer, one or more process cycles are performed on the MTJ layers and the bottom electrode layer. A patterned top electrode layer, patterned MTJ layers and a patterned bottom electrode layer form MTJ structures. Each of the one or more process cycles includes performing an etching process on the MTJ layers and the bottom electrode layer for a first duration and performing a magnetic treatment on the MTJ layers and the bottom electrode layer for a second duration.Type: GrantFiled: August 8, 2023Date of Patent: November 26, 2024Assignee: TAIWAN SEMICONDUCTOR MANUFACTURING COMPANY, LTD.Inventors: Bo-Jhih Shen, Kuang-I Liu, Joung-Wei Liou, Jinn-Kwei Liang, Yi-Wei Chiu, Chin-Hsing Lin, Li-Te Hsu, Han-Ting Tsai, Cheng-Yi Wu, Shih-Ho Lin

Patent number: 8820128Abstract: An anti-picking device for a lock includes a casing, a rotating body, a key guiding seat and a linking member. The casing has a compartment. The rotating body is rotatably received in the compartment and has an actuated member adapted to rotate the rotating body relatively to the casing and an insertion hole axially connecting two end faces of the rotating body. The key guiding seat is received in the compartment and has an arc guiding groove and a receiving hole. The arc guiding groove communicates with the receiving hole, and the receiving hole penetrates through the key guiding seat in the axial direction. The linking member is received in the receiving hole of the key guiding seat and has an engaging part at a first end, while a second end of the linking member extends out of the receiving hole.Type: GrantFiled: November 27, 2012Date of Patent: September 2, 2014Inventor: Shih-Te Liu

Publication number: 20130081436Abstract: A key including a body having a first end, a second end and an axis is disclosed. The axis extends through the first and second ends. A toothed portion is adjacent to the first end, and a coupling portion is adjacent to the second end. An insertion portion has non-circular cross sections perpendicular to the axis and located intermediate the toothed portion and the coupling portion. The non-circular cross sections include at least one linear side and at least one arcuate side. The at least one arcuate side adjoins the at least one linear side and extends along a circular path. The body between the first end and the insertion portion and between the second end and the insertion portion has a radial extent from the axis less than or equal to the non-circular cross sections of the insertion portion.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 27, 2012Publication date: April 4, 2013Inventor: Shih-Te Liu

Patent number: 8397547Abstract: An unlocking device includes a casing mounted to a side of a lock. A movable body is movably received in the casing along a first axis and has an opening. The lock has a keyhole in an extent of the opening. A key receiving seat is movable along a second axis perpendicular to the first axis between a first position received in the movable body and a second position at least partially outside of the movable body. A linking rod is extended into the movable seat. A key can be placed into a key receiving hole of the key receiving seat in the second position and then moved into the movable body to engage with the linking rod when the key receiving seat moves to the first position. The key is movable into the keyhole by moving the linking rod along the first axis and is rotatable for a locking or unlocking operation.Type: GrantFiled: September 24, 2009Date of Patent: March 19, 2013Inventor: Shih-Te Liu

Patent number: 8347679Abstract: An unlocking device includes a casing mounted to a side of a lock having a keyhole. A movable body is rotatably received in the casing about an axis. The movable body has a closed end having a through-hole. A key receiving seat is received in the movable body and has a passage. The keyhole is normally blocked by the closed end of the movable body. The movable body can be rotated to align the through-hole with the keyhole and the passage. A manually rotatable linking rod extends through the passage and has an engaging portion for coupling a key received in the passage. The key can be moved into the keyhole by moving the linking rod along the axis and can be rotated for a locking or unlocking operation.Type: GrantFiled: September 24, 2009Date of Patent: January 8, 2013Inventor: Shih-Te Liu
