  • Publication number: 20150077632
Abstract: A display device is associated with a device ID. The display device includes a multi-media board, a drive board, and a liquid crystal display (LCD) panel. The display device is connected to a video source via a wireless high-definition (WiHD) network, and receives a target ID from the video source. When the target ID matches the device ID, the multi-media board receives video data from the video source, and transmits the video data to the drive board. The drive board generates drive signals based on the video data, and transmits the drive signals to the LCD panel. The LCD panel presents video images according to the drive signals. A display method is also disclosed.

  • Patent number: 7352804
Abstract: A multiple linear regression frequency estimation method and system. A phase sequence of a received signal is derived and divided into several subsequences according to predetermined rules. The phase differences of the subsequences are calculated for frequency estimation using linear regression analysis. A plurality of frequency estimation values are obtained corresponding to each subsequence and combined.

  • Publication number: 20060228102
Abstract: A photographing apparatus includes an image sensor for capturing first and second images sequentially, the first image including a reference image part; a calculation module for calculating average brightness degree of the reference image part for serving as a reference brightness value, wherein a brightness difference between the reference image part and an adjacent part succeeding the reference image part is greater than a threshold, brightness of the first image and the reference brightness value cooperatively defining a compensation ratio; and a compensation module for compensating brightness of the second image according to the compensation ratio.

  • Publication number: 20060029163
Abstract: A receiving apparatus for receiving a signal is disclosed. The receiving apparatus includes a first block power calculator for evaluating a plurality of block powers of the signal, a band pass filter for filtering the signal and outputting a specific frequency component of the signal, a second block power calculator for evaluating a plurality of band-passed block powers corresponding to an output signal of the band pass filter, a median filter module for outputting a first block power according to the plurality of block powers and for outputting a first band-passed block power according to the plurality of band-passed block powers, and a frequency burst acquisition module for determining if the signal comprises a frequency burst signal according to the first block power and for controlling the receiving apparatus to synchronize the signal.
