Abstract: A casing device for mobile handsets is provided. The casing device contains an outer member integrally molded using a ceramics material, and a reinforcement member adhered to the inner surface of the outer member so as to enhance the robustness of the outer member against external impacts. The reinforcement member can be made a plastic material injection molded on the inner surface of the outer member or a metallic material attached to the inner surface of me outer member by an adhesive.

Abstract: A remote monitoring and directing system including at least one video camera at the first-aid side to observe the situation of casualty and the operation on the casualty is provided. At least one microphone is disposed at the first-aid side for communicating with the first-aid personnel and directing a clinical operation. At least one medical instrument standard interface is disposed at the first-aid side for transmitting the electrocardiogram or other physiological information. At least one video/audio and data server is disposed at the monitoring side for managing information integration. A plurality of authorized computer systems is set up for conferring with and directing the first-aid station or the ambulance via the Internet, so as to give a direction. A wireless or cable connection is used for the conference between the first-aid side and the monitoring side.

Abstract: A track ball structure for controlling movements of a cursor comprises a body, a capacity in the body, a track ball housed in the capacity having a portion exposed outside the capacity for controlling the movements of the cursor, and a plurality of sensors located in the capacity surrounding the track ball for detecting pressure directions. When the track ball is rollable continuously in a selected direction to compress the sensors so that the cursor is moved continuously in the selected direction. Thus, the track ball structure uses less part of a hand to control the track ball simply, conforms to human engineering, and moves the cursor to an objective position in a short time.

Abstract: A driving circuit of a fan includes a magnetic pole sensor for generating a magnetic pole sensing signal, a first waveform generator coupled to the magnetic pole sensor for generating a first waveform according to the magnetic pole sensing signal, a second waveform generator for generating a second waveform, a comparison circuit coupled to the first waveform generator and the second waveform generator for comparing the first waveform and the second waveform for generating a third waveform, a control signal generator coupled to the comparison circuit for generating a control signal according to the third waveform and an external signal, and a current generator coupled to the magnetic pole sensor and the control signal generator for outputting current to a coil of a stator of the fan according to the magnetic pole sensing signal and the control signal.

Abstract: An expandable function data storage device includes a first main body and a second main body. The first main body has a memory circuit unit. Its first end is exposed outside and has a first signal communication port and its second end has a second signal transmission port. The second main body has a reception space and can be sleeved on and connected to the first main body, to protect the first signal transmission port. Specifically, the second main body includes an application circuit unit, and a third signal transmission port is provided in the reception space. When the second main body is sleeved on and connected to the second end of the first main body, the second signal transmission port is electrically connected to the third signal transmission port, so that the memory circuit unit may transmit/receive data to/from the application circuit unit.

The optical module has a correct light source to emit light, a correct hole for reflect light passing through and propagating to the optical module, a guiding mirror set to guide light, and a charge couple device to receive light. The correct light source and the correct hole are respect to the correct picture side of the body. After reflected by the correct picture, light passes the correct hole, to the optical module and is guided by the guiding mirror set to the charge couple device for the optical module to correct color rank and to position. Thus, the positioning structure improves accuracy of correcting color rank and positioning of the correct picture.

Abstract: A noiseless driving circuit for direct current (DC) motor is disclosed. The driving circuit uses a magnetic-field sensing circuit with a Hall sensor to sense the corresponding position of the permanent magnet rotor. According to the corresponding position of the permanent magnet rotor, a linear circuit generates a signal with trapezoid waveform for driving the coil of the DC motor. The coils of the DC motor perform soft switching operations without resulting backing electromotive force (BEMF). Therefore, the noise during the operation of the DC motor can be substantially reduced.

Abstract: A scanning analyzer unit comprises a scanner device, a signal amplifier, an analog/digital converter, a driver device, a controller device, a computing unit, and a RS-232 interface. After chemical, biological, or chemi-enzymatic reaction, a resulting color change of a testing support through reacted multi-chromogens therein is quantified by means of the scanning analyzer unit. Via the sensitivity differences of the multi-chromogens at a fixed wavelength of the scan, multi-analyte concentrations of wide range variations in one sample can be simultaneously assayed.

Abstract: A print head for use in a wire dot printer has a plurality of wires, an armature connected to each of the wires, a core of a magnetic circuit which is disposed in opposing relation to the armature, a resilient member for biasing the armature in a direction in which it is separated from the core, and a rear case disposed so as to cover the upper side of the armature. Each of the wires is driven by the action of the armature which is attracted toward the core when a coil wound on the core is energized. The print head is provided with an armature guide having a resilient stopper disposed between each armature and the rear case to support the armature against the biasing force from the resilient member. Thus, it is possible to support each armature inserted into the armature guide by means of the stopper even more stably during an assembling step carried out before the rear case is mounted. Accordingly, the assembling operation is simplified and facilitated.
