  • Publication number: 20240162308
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a semiconductor structure with having a source/drain feature with a central cavity, and a source/drain contact feature formed in central cavity of the source/drain region, wherein the source/drain contact feature is nearly wrapped around by the source/drain region. The source/drain contact feature may extend to a lower most of a plurality semiconductor layers.

  • Publication number: 20240084028
Abstract: Provided herein are tetravalent antibodies that specifically bind to human PSGL-1. Unlike bivalent antibodies, these tetravalent antibodies contain a dimer of two monomers, with each monomer comprising two light chain variable (VL) domains and two heavy chain variable (VH) domains. This format allows for cross-linker/FcR-expressing cell-independent tetravalent antibodies against PSGL-1 that show enhanced efficacy as compared to bivalent PSGL-1 antibodies. These tetravalent antibodies can be used in a variety of diagnostic and therapeutic methods, including without limitation treating T-cell mediated inflammatory diseases, transplantations, and transfusions.

  • Patent number: 6853353
Abstract: An antenna assembly for a wireless communication equipment of the invention comprises a fastening base that is fixedly connected to one side of the wireless communication equipment. An arm, retractable and deployable, has a first end that is movably connected to the fastening base in a manner that the arm, retractable and deployable, is capable of retracting close to the side of the wireless communication equipment and deploying away from the side of the wireless communication equipment. An antenna stem is pivotally connected to a second end of the arm, retractable and deployable. The pivotal connection between the antenna stem and the arm is such that a directional orientation of the antenna stem relative to the axis of the arm is adjustable by rotation for obtaining optimal transmission and reception.

  • Publication number: 20040240190
Abstract: A communication card has a bottom panel, a top cover and a top panel, which is able to accommodate an electronic device. The electronic device has a circuit board and a RF transceiver coupling to the circuit board. The circuit board further comprises at least a metallic ground layer extending along the whole area of the circuit board, such that the dissipation of EMI from the backside of the circuit board can be prevented. The bottom panel and the top panel are both made of an electromagnetic wave penetrable material, and the top cover is made of an electromagnetic wave impenetrable material. The connecting means that can inter-engage with each other are respectively applied on the bottom panel and the top cover, and between the bottom panel and the top panel. After assembling, the circuit board is substantially positioned between the top cover and the bottom panel, and the RF transceiver is substantially positioned between the top panel and the bottom panel.
